Camping Eden is located a couple of minutes walk from the port of Portese. Here you will find a small marina, a few bars and restaurants and the landing jetty for the frequent lake boat service. The resort of Salò, with its weekly market, cobbled main street and selection of restaurants and ice cream parlours, is two and a half miles away.
Take a trip on the lake steamer from the port of Portese - it’s an easy way to get around and stops off at many towns and villages around the lake. The Cascata del Varone, near to Riva del Garda (30mls), has a 90m high waterfall that drops dramatically into a narrow gorge.
