Camping Piantelle is situated a short walk from the town of Moniga del Garda. This small town is the largest producer of the famous Chiaretto rose wine and boasts a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and the landing jetty for the frequent lake boat service. The resort of Desenzano is only 5 miles from the campsite and has excellent transport links to Venice, Verona and Milan.

Visit Caneva World near Castelnuovo - the aqua park, medieval zone and movie studios make for a great day out for all the family. Parco Natura Viva, a safari park located between Bussolengo and Pastrengo di Lazise.
