Camping les Biches lies a mile inland from St Hilaire-de-Riez and three miles north of the village of St Gilles, both offer a choice of bars, restaurants and shops. A three mile drive will take you to the clean and sandy beach at Sion-sur-l’Ocean where children will adore exploring the rocky coves and rock pools. This is a good spot for swimming and has a sailing school.

The safari park of Plančte Sauvage, between Nantes and Pornic, is a fantastic day out for children.
