Great value and a wonderful location!

I would strongly recommend this holiday to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best holiday we have had with great staff, a nice pub and very friendly people. A nice peaceful location and we could'nt ask for more. I would safely say we would visit again!!!

Excellent location, the villa was spotless with all home comforts. We had a fabulous holiday and will certainly return. I have already recommended this venue to friends.

Very good value for money. Fishing lakes were well stocked at Hengar Manor and surroundings were perfect for a relaxing break. Accommodation was good with everything you need for a self catering break. Would definitely recommend to people who want to get a way from the hustle and bustle of day to day life! Good :)

We loved the Park, it was clean and tidy full of animals and great for access to everywhere in Cornwall.

The staff at Hengar park were very helpful - I asked if there were any shops locally that would still be open on Easter Monday, and they spent 10 minutes phoning various shops to save me a wasted journey. Very good customer service, above and beyond the call of duty.

A great base for discovering Cornwall and there are lots of activities to do on the park - a great place!

The range of activities on offer was fantastic for the kids and all the go active and entertainment staff were friendly and professional.

Good location to explore all of Cornwall. Nearby family friendly beach i.e. Polzeath ( about 20 mins by car ). Facilities on site should you want them. Lovely wooded area around park.

Great location! Ideal for visiting the North and South coasts of Cornwall as well as the Moors and the countryside! There is so much to do on the park too that we could not fit everything into a week! Will have to come back again!

We had a lovely week at Hengar Manor. The staff are helpful and the place is nice and tidy. Newquay has a nice beach, and we found a nice chip shop in Camelford called Peck Ish, well worth the money. There is so much to do in Cornwall, its that good I have booked my holiday next year at Hengar Manor already - I can't wait to go back!

A very relaxed and attractive location but within easy reach of many activities. A great place for children with a big pool on site.

I would certainly recommend this holiday, Hengar Manor is a beautiful site with some very friendly ducks! The children very much enjoyed the ducks. Every member of staff we came across during the week was very friendly/happy and helpful. We didn't have any problems with our holiday or accommodation, we were pleased with the lodge, very homely and the cleanliness was great. A fabulous place to stay and we will return later on in the year!

The accommodation was excellent, the park facilities were very good. The park felt very safe for the children to run around, it was very peaceful. The children loved the young ducklings running around and the lodges were in a beautiful setting.

Holiday park well situated for exploring North Cornwall coast, also Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and some parts of South Cornwall coast; also set in pleasant, tranquil surroundings. Swimming pool/spa very good.

The park was well set out and in lovely grounds - best of all the accommodation was very clean and comfortable, with proper furniture and real mattresses on the beds! We had everything we needed and could quite easily have stayed a lot longer! We'll be back bringing the children next time - the best British holiday we've ever taken.

I've already recommended it to others - we liked the location of the park and the children loved the entertainment. The indoor pool was a big bonus too!

We had a wonderful family holiday, the children loved the space there was for playing, loved the play area. The entertainment was really good too. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend this holiday.

Hengar Manor is set in lovely surroundings and is an ideal base for exploring the north Cornish coast and Bodmin Moor.

The site is quiet and well kept in May, reception were friendly and helpful, maintenance response was quick and friendly. Lovely garden & woods to walk around.

The park was well set out with lots of open space, the food was very nice and the service was friendly. The facilities on site were good. The children especially loved feeding the ducks and geese.

Great for peace and relaxation. Well stocked fishing lakes. Excellent spa therapies.

Fantastic as a base camp but definitely need a car to travel and sightsee. Facilities were great. Accommodation was fantastic as we were in the Park Villa Plus so quite luxurious. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Had a great time apart from the rain!

The park was so lovely and had everything we needed and more.

My daughter and I had a fantastic time fishing for the first time. We had excellent advice, which resulted in us catching 15 fish in 4 hours!

IDEAL LOCATION FOR TOURING CORNWALL

Definately a great family holiday for fishing, whether you are a total beginner or an advanced fisherman. All our kids loved it and their ages ranged from 2 up to 19. The park was a lovely size for a family holiday with the entertainment room being very pleasant and just the right size to be able to watch your children werever you sat. The park is central to a lot of local attractions.

Excellent value for money. Beautiful site, very clean and well presented. Accommodation was lovely and spotlessly clean. Fantastic hot tub made for avery relaxing holiday.

A tranquil and peaceful setting with numerous on site facilities, the hot tub was a must after many a busy day cycling the camel trail, playing golf and tennis! This was total relaxation and We would absolutely recommend this get away to anyone.

If you want a fairly central base in the Northern half of Cornwall then Hengar Manor Country Park is great. Peace and quiet but still plenty to keep the children happy. We have been twice now and it is wonderful - perfect for chilling out whilst still keeping the kids happy.

We had a great week at Hengar Manor and would recommend it to other families. The staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful.

Attractive site, good facilities, great location for North Cornwall and Eden.

It was a fabulous break for us, we are two families coming together and this place was great for just that, the children went off and bonded on their bikes being given the freedom of the park which was very safe. Also having the hot tub was fun, the layout of the accommodation was very good, giving us all a little space if needed. My boyfriend's children and my children have now made a memory together, one of which we will be repeating next year at the same place x.

Hengar Manor Country Park has a really relaxed feeling, the gardens and lakes were very well kept and the staff were most helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have made a booking for next year!

The location is second to none and both North and South coasts and Bodmin Moor are easily accessible. This is especially suitable for walking holidays but there are plenty of places to visit too. It is very peaceful and relaxing but there is plenty to do on site. All facilities are excellent quality and the accommodation is very clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, very clean and friendly site. Excellent pool, restaurants and entertainment. Central location - lots of tourist areas relatively close by - loads to do and gorgeous beaches. Would definitely go back though would prefer to stay in a lodge or villa rather than bungalow.

Staff extremely attentive - replaced a lightbulb within 5 minutes, cleaned the hot tub twice a day etc.

Everything is taken care for you and you could relax as you should on a holiday. The site is beautifully maintained and all the staff were brilliant and nothing was too much bother for them and our lady who welcomed us was lovely.

I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a family holiday, we had everything we could wish for: pool, restaurant, bar and kid's entertainment. Also with helpful and knowledgeable staff to attend to our every need, we had a holiday to remember.

The park was very clean and had lots of amenities. Having a limited number of caravans meant that it was very peaceful and private whilst not being too remote from the entertainment and pool area.

We had such a fabulous time that we extended our stay by one night.

We can recommend this holiday to our family and friends as being a very relaxing and enjoyable experience, with lovely surroundings, helpful staff, and lovely, clean accommodation, and would be happy to visit again ourselves, perhaps with an upgrade for a lodge with a hot tub.

The wooden lodges and peaceful surroundings provide a perfect, romantic getaway! It was good enough value that we didn't mind just sitting in our lodge watching Christmas movies and drinking mulled wine - there was no pressure to 'do' anything, wonderful!! Very good value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you Hoseasons!!

The Manor and surroundings were beautifully picturesque and very quiet and peaceful. There were a great number of attractions within easy reach by car, and returning to the countryside after a busy day sightseeing was fantastic!

I would recommend this site for a holiday, there was so much going on all the time, with great facilities for children of all ages. It was the first holiday that we have had together has a family and we had a brilliant time. Thank you.

I think the location was excellent, plenty of great places nearby to visit. The on site evening entertainment was enjoyable and the swimming/spa facilities were good.

Hengar Manor Park was in an ideal location for exploring Cornwall and its many attractions. The facilities on site were to a very good standard, with plenty to do for both the kids and the adults.

We spent our 28th wedding anniversary here and we will be spending our 29th here too! Nice and quiet - just what the doctor ordered as they say, thank you very much for a great time!

I would like to recommend Hengar Manor because it was well priced and good value for money, in beautiful settings. Lots of activities and entertainment for all the family.

We expected a pleasant static caravan. We found a superbly equipped holiday home! Fantastic!

The park was very quiet and restful and had a very nice restaurant and cafe.

Every time my family stay with Hoseasons we have always been extremely happy with the accommodation and the helpfulness of the staff.

Do not want to recommend, we stayed for 4 nights for approx ?150 (should have been ?350!!!! - I would then have asked for a change of accomodation or my money back) Cannot believe that you intend to charge ?770 a week in summer holidays for same accomodation. I would have to think very carefully & have plenty of assurances from yourselves about the accomodation before booking with you again

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was beautiful, very spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Despite very cold weather we had a fantastic time. The campsite had plenty of spaces to entertain small children. The restaurants were good. The ducks were visiting us every morning and our 2 little boys enjoyed that very much. It was peaceful and quiet, lots of things to do. Our list is not finished yet so will be back very soon!

Beautiful woodland surroundings perfect for families with children to encourage fresh air and the outdoors. My children loved it. Younger ones and the teenagers, something for all.

Hengar Manor is a great place for a family holiday. The facilities are excellent, something to suit everyone. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is situated in beautiful grounds and is within easy reach of Cornwall's amazing beaches,towns, villages, and tourist attractions. We will certainly visit again.

Centrally located for many local tourist attractions and child friendly, sandy beaches. A beautiful location and we loved the number and variety of mature trees on site. Our children were charmed by the ducklings who swam in the pond and visited our lodge daily.

Hengar Manor is in an excellent location for visits to the coastal resorts of North Cornwall. The park is both attractive and peaceful and has interesting historical links. There is a well stocked shop and good leisure facilities. The two reasonably priced restaurants serve popular and well prepared menu choices. The lodges are large, well equipped and clean. Staff throughout the park are helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and can thoroughly recommend this holiday to others.

Good base to explore the North Cornwall coast - Polzeath in particular stands out - and the South Coast within a reasonable drive, we particularly enjoyed St Mawes. Ideally suited for the Eden Project, about 30 minutes drive.

Really enjoyed this holiday. I thought the cabins were fantastic value for money and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Excellent site for touring North Cornwall, good facilities on site and helpful staff.

It was so quiet even though there were children there. The pool kept the children occupied and they loved the entertainment in the evening. The Go Active activities were great and we all enjoyed them. The grounds were lovely and tranquil and not far from some great coastline either.

Anyone returning from this location would certainly feel as if they had had the holiday of a lifetime and life would have that feel good factor once more.

It is a beautiful setting, not too large and over-crowded with very friendly staff. Lots of facilities, including a lovely swimming pool.

This is a lovely setting, great location, it's quiet and pleasant with entertainment thrown in and the children enjoy the stay. The swimming pool, small pitch and put, well stocked fishing lakes and tennis courts all in a country park setting are ideal for relaxation.

This holiday had everything from feeding the birds to fishing. Very enjoyable and relaxing time, it was so good that we stayed for another week!!!

Hengar Manor was a delightful, peaceful place to stay with a good range of facilities on site. My wife fell in love with the ducks and spent a lot of time feeding them. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. I would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings.

This was a great site for children, there was plenty for them to do, and a sense of security meant that the children had a little bit of independence and were able to explore the site without an adult accompanying them all the time!

The park had all the facilities we might have needed whilst on holiday, but was still very peaceful and was in a lovely location.

I would definitely recommend Hengar as the park and the lodges are comfortable and homely, and the hot tub is well worth the extra pounds. There is lots to do in Cornwall, and the staff are very friendly, especially the manager in the bar - he's a diamond!

It is a lovely park with so much for families to do. It is very family friendly and the hot tub gives the adults a treat once the children have gone to bed - it was brilliant!

I would recommend Hengar Manor to anybody. It was a beautiful setting, very picturesque and a brilliant location for many of Cornwall's attractions. The accommodation was great for the price we paid, very clean and spacious. The staff on site were fantastic, especially the Go Active team who were great with our little boy. We didn't want to come home, and will definitely return again at some point.

The location of Hengar Manor Country Park was very idyllic and set in very pleasant surroundings away from any main roads but located conveniently for all parts of Cornwall.

This park is excellent for families and those who want to get away for some peace and quiet.

Outstanding value for money, quality accommodation even on a basic tariff. Great location, everything you want within a 5-20 mile radius and more if you don't mind driving for 30-40 mins. Recommended to all my friends and colleagues.

The kids loved the indoor pool and the ducks on the lake, the adults enjoyed the bar in the evening, the accommodation was well designed and in good order.

We had a great time both on and off the park - the grounds are lovely and the kids loved the range of activities right on their doorstep.

I would recomend this holiday to others because of its centeral location, giving access to great beaches nearby and walks on Bodmin Moor, then returning to a cosy lodge in the evening, and completing the day with a relaxing swim. A perfect holiday for me!

The lodges were excellent value for money, enabling a large group of people to enjoy a whole weekend together. Hoseasons even arranged for us all to be in adjoining lodges.

Good central location for exploring.

The park is in beautiful settings with all facilities maintained to a very high standard. The fishing lake is a bit of a challenge with wonderful, mature trees surrounding the lakes but with overhanging branches set to catch the unwary. The lakes are teaming with smallish bream and very good quality roach. There are double figure carp in the lakes but they are very shy and I didn't see any caught all week.

Grounds were nice and peaceful & the place had a nice calm family atmosphere. Need to be prepared to drive to get anywhere else as it really is in the middle of nowhere.

It's a beautiful part of the country and now I know why so many people enjoying going.

The perfect place for a perfect holiday - nice surroundings, clean and spacious accommodation and friendly staff (especially reception). The best holiday our grandchildren have had, we hardly saw them! The children were well looked after by Captain Fox, the evening entertainment was good, and the fishing went well (caught a couple of double figure Carp). Close to the coast and other holiday locations - we are already looking forward to next year!

A lovely, quiet family park for a home from home.

Very relaxing stay at Hengar Manor. The entertainment was great, my 4 year old girl loved playing games and dancing with Mack - he does a great job. Would def. recommend to families who want a holiday park with everything onsite you would need for an enjoyable family holiday but with not being overcrowded. Lovely time had by all.

Very relaxing, taking the young children (7 and 9)to this park we felt safe letting them go and play on their own. Plenty of play areas etc, and streams to paddle in - they loved it.

OK site for exploring, about an hour away from Newquay for the surf.

The holiday was fabulous, the whole family enjoyed it including my children which are 14 and 4. There were plenty activities for both ages and there are lots of places to visit close by which reception staff are very helpful in advising on. We cannot wait to come back next year.

We had lovely time. The facilities are great. my sons really enjoyed the laser paint balling. The entertainment was good. The pub and restaurant food was of a very high standard. We would definitely return.

Just come back from a weeks holiday, fabulous location, lots of see and do on and off site. Food lovely in restaurant and Pizzeria. Quiet location but ideally suited to main routes to explore Cornwall and Devon. A real gem. Would consider 2 weeks next time as so much to see and do in the area and on site.

The entertainment staff and sports staff were wonderful with my son, they were great and made the holiday.

It was a small, family friendly park that was well sited to visit all the local attractions - a place we hope to visit again.

The staff at Hengar Manor Country Park were always happy and cheerful, ready with answers to any questions put to them. The entertainment team (for kids and adults) were on par with any other well known organisations and the overall "feel good" vibe they give out helps you enjoy kids time as much as adults (the bingo song is genius!) Hengar Manor offers an excellent relaxing location, superb facilities and a perfect base for exploring North Cornwalls fabulous surroundings.

This is the perfect choice for a break away from it all but with ease of access to all the attractions of the area. Friendly service, good facilities, wonderful entertainment and nice accommodation.

For a holiday destination that was fully booked it was not overcrowded and remained pleasant and friendly throughout the week.

Very tranquil setting - uninterrupted peace and quiet even at the height of the season when almost all villas, which are close to each other, were occupied.

Hengar Manor Country Park is very well maintained, and in a beautiful part of the country. The staff were most helpful and value for money is excellent.

The accommodation (Hengar Park Villa) was excellent and the oarj has good facilities (in particular the pool).

The entertainment for the children was excellent. I'm not usually a fan of "organised" kids entertainment, but the guys there really engaged the children and both our daughters thoroughly enjoyed themselves three nights running. Ensuring that the children were happy always helps to ensure that the adults are happy!

The finest family holiday I have ever had! Well done it was perfect - the food, staff, park entertainment and the beer was all fantastic, 11/10 !

Hangar Manor is a superb location if you want some peace and tranquility. The flowing river with its hoardes of ducks greeted us daily. The amenities were second to none, with its majestic manor house for morning coffee and pastries to its lovely indoor swimming pool. We indulged in the massages on offer and the beauty treatments available, I really recommend one of the massages. The onsite shop and laundrette were ideal for anyone with small children and the evening entertainment in the bar was very child friendly. We held a 60th birthday party for my husband up there and the staff were excellent, letting us put up banners and balloons and bringing in the cake when requested. We all needed rest and recouperation and found both at Hengar Manor.

A great venue in a good location with plenty of things to do both on the site and nearby. This was our second visit to the park and both trips have been very successful. I would definitely recommend this holiday to other families.

Brilliant holiday, it has swayed us to take more UK holidays as it was perfect, great location to amazing beaches, brilliant wood lodges in a great area for the kids to run around and play all day. The entertainment for the children was fantastic I have a newborn, 2year old and a 8 year old and all children were happy and catered for all holiday. Very frieldly staff that are happy to help you out with anything you ask, even provided directions for places we wanted to visit. We will be returning next year as we all loved it.

Perfect for a couple with a baby, so much to do in Cornwall and very nice enjoying the hot tub once the little one is in bed. Hengar Manor staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended as an off season break.

Hengar Manor Park is ideally situated to explore the Cornish coast. The park itself is clean and well maintained with lovely helpful staff. An ideal place for a family holiday.

We had a great Easter at Hengar Manor Country Park. The accommodation was lovely with a view of the duck pond, and the kids loved taking the crusts down to the pond every morning to feed the ducks. The fun staff were great to all the kids and they loved the Easter egg hunt!

A family friendly park in a beautiful location, cheerful and helpful staff, nice places to eat, and a great adventure playgroud - we loved it!

I would certainly recommend Hengar Manor, it was a lovely site albeit a bit out of the way and therefore a car was essential.

We will be going back there as it is situated in a very tranquil place with great facilities, the accommodation was first class, a great variety and the furnishings and kitchen utensils were top notch. We absolutely loved it and had a relaxing holiday.

We had a fabulous time at Hengar Manor Park. The staff on site were amazing - very friendly and helpful. The guy in the Pizza restaurant told us some very interesting stories about the history of the manor. The duck pond and the manor itself made a lovely setting.

The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble, The entertainment guys Peanut and Ali G were just fab the kids loved them and so did we.

Very central location, good choice of food, Italian at Manor House superb, children loved the fishing lakes and pool, overall enjoyable for everyone!

Helpful staff throughout our stay, well stocked fishing lakes with onsite tackle and bait shop, and the tackle shop owner was very helpful with advise for beginners and experienced anglers. Overall a very pleasent and well run park within an hours drive to most of the main attractions.

Definitely recommend Hengar Manor Country Park, accommodation first class and fitted to a high standard and loved the hot tub! Liked the way pool, entertainment, bar, etc. was located in a single building, sometimes this is too spread out.

FFabulous facilities and very helpful staff. The pool is excellent and the fishing lakes kept us busy for hours actually catching fish. A thoroughly enjoyable family park!

The park has excellently furnished, clean lodges that are maintained to a high standard. The park can also claim easy access by car to both the North and South coasts of Cornwall, with the main A30 artuary giving access to the West of Cornwall just seven miles away. The park is a gem in the middle of the Cornish countryside.

A lovely park with a nice big pool and adventure playground for the kids. We had a standard lodge and it was the best we have stayed in for that money. The lodges are a fair distance apart so you feel quite private. The staff were very helpful from ringing to ask advice before booking to during the holiday.

Would recommend Hengar Manor unreservedly! We booked our holiday with no previous knowledge of the site & hoped for the best - turned out to be an A* holiday experience ........ great facilities, really friendly & helpful staff, super accommodation...... 3 generations (including one disabled) went on the holiday and all had a brilliant time - can't wait to go back!!!!

The people working on the park were most helpful, they really made everyone feel welcome. There was enough to do without being too large a site.

The accommodation is of a good standard and well equipped, which means that you don't have to take loads if you're travelling with children, plus the house was nice and warm as it was freezing outside! The park is brilliantly placed near the camel trail which is a great bike trail, we took our 10 month old and 4 year old out in the burley trailer 2 days running and they loved it - we hardly had time to fit the swimming pool in! Overall this is great value for money for a 3 or 5 day break.

The location is good, quiet and tranquil, good for families and couples. Picturesque and great facilities, tennis, golf, swimming and the Italian restaurant we visited twice and they were so accommodating. There is so much on your doorstep, Newquay for all its life, Padstow for great food and a great harbour and the amount of local beaches which are great for surfing/body boarding are second to none. Great holiday, would recommend to anyone.

This is the second time we have booked at this site. The facilities are very good and the staff are lovely and helpful. On both our visits we have made use of the pool and golf course and the restaurant food is good value for money and the kids loved the evening entertainment. The accommodation on both our visits have been clean and more than sufficient for our stay. I would have no hesitation in returning for a third trip!

The site we stayed at had something for the whole family, you could be as laid back or active as you like. The kids could happily play out the front on the grass, the accommodation had loads of room and all the equipment you could need for a family holiday. We weren't bored once! It was also a great location and everything was easily accessible. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and we will definitely be going back again and to be honest I don't see us booking our holiday with anyone else but Hoseasons in the future. We were really impressed!

We really enjoyed our return visit to Hengar Manor. We were last there 10 years ago and it has been built up a lot since then, but the lodge we had was in some space and we were able to relax.

This is a friendly well managed site in a quiet location. If you don't want something too large scale, this is the place for you! There is plenty to see and do locally although some driving is involved. We loved it and hope to go back soon.

Ideal for anyone who wants an attractive site with nightly entertainment but without the rowdiness associated with larger sites.

Excellent destination will hopefully be returning at some point in the future. Staff were excellent.

Hengar Manor is an excellent base to explore Cornwall. We would highly recommend it, especially if you have little ones as it is within easy reach of The Eden Project, Tintagel, Bodmin Moor and Newquay, with not too much travelling involved. The park is relaxed and clean.

I would recommend it for large groups, such as ours as the price was so reasonable...almost as cheap as camping but without the tent!

The staff at Hengar Manor were the friendliest we have come across at a holiday park, they went out of their way to help - nothing was too much trouble. The activity staff were really good with the children, encouraging even the quieter kids to join in and keeping things fair - they handled some 'difficult' kids really well. The site is a great size - we felt our 8 & 9 year old were safe to wander the site safely.

The park is pleasant and peaceful with enough activities and a good pool. The hospitality is superb, as is the food and generous portions!! The site is close enough to many places to visit with plenty to do. For us, as a family, it was a fantastic location to meet up with a spacious lodge and a hot tub to unwind at the end of a good day out. I would not hesitate to recommend this site and indeed have already done so!!

We had a very enjoyable week staying in a bungalow which had ample facilities for the 2 of us. The park was ideally located for exploring most of Cornwall with its fantastic scenery. We didn't have time to use many of the parks facilities, we were too busy gallavanting - but we could see it would be an ideal place for a family holiday, and we would certainly recommend it to our friends!

A gorgeous location and the staff were very helpful. We had a problem with our car and they found us a garage and gave us directions. Despite the car trouble we had a lovely holiday.

This was our first Hoseasons holiday and certainly won't be our last. From the booking to leaving everyone was helpful and friendly. The facilities were enough to keep us entertained while on site, which was important to us as neither me nor my partner drive. The children loved the Entertainment and Both Peanut and Ally G (children's entertainers) were amazing with all the kids and adults alike. They really made my 5 year olds holiday!!! Thank you Hoseasons for a wonderful time from a very happy family.

If you would like a quiet peaceful holiday then this is the place to go, the sereneness of being surrounded by nature, green grass and beautiful trees, but having the time and facilities to have a workout, swim, game of golf and tennis or maybe sitting by the lake for a few hours catching some fish. Then to have tasty pizza in the Manor House, with the kids playing on the park so you can eat in peace, a short stroll to the bar to relax and wind down while the kids are entertained on the dance floor, tiring them out so you can have a game of bingo! An overall lovely place to have your holiday's.

The nicest and cleanest accommodation we have ever found in the UK. The facilities were good and the whole site was excellent especially giving consideration to the fact that we were at the end of the season when we visited, being a time when things start to look jaded.

We booked a long weekend away with friends. The last time we all holidayed together was in 2004 when I was pregnant with our 1st child, and our friends had a 1 year old son. We opted for Hengar Manor as it looked small and exclusive and we wanted to tie in visits to Padstow and the Eden Project. To say we were overwhelmed with the quality of the accommodation is an understatement. The on site restaurants were great, as were the facilities. The location was perfect for our needs. Best of all, the prices in every respect were very fair. We all agreed that our 1st Hoseasons break was terrific value for money. So much so we will be returning to holiday next year with Hoseasons - probably in Norfolk.

We've been to Hengar Manor many times now and can't recommend it highly enough. Great facilities, beautiful surroundings, especially the Manor House, helpful staff, great entertainment and food. We'll certainly keep returning to this lovely place.

A fabulous chill-out holiday site with lots of facilities for the whole family. We enjoyed the fishing lakes, crazy golf and woodland play areas. Despite being rainy and overcast, we had some great walks looking for birds and spring flowers - and the odd lost golf ball. The swimming pool was useful too. The highlight was feeding the ducks and jackdaws for our children. Accommodation very comfortable and warm even in chilly February.

Fantastic location to explore Cornwall.

Hengar Manor is very well situated and great for children. The estate is set in beautiful countryside with plenty of reasonably priced and free outdoor activities. The fishing was a highlight, especially the tackle shop with helpful local knowledge. The indoor swimming pool and facilities are also excellent and nicely maintained. The accommodation a little close together but clean, comfortable and very adequate. Wifi in the clubhouse is most useful. The manor house is picturesque and the coffee shop and pizzeria are recommended

It was very convenient having many things to do on-site, especially the leisure facilities and the food and drink options.

Excellent pool and adventure play areas for children of all areas and the changing rooms were clean. A peaceful location, yet beaches and attractions easily accessible. The restaurant on site - the standard of food and service exceeded our expectations and the reception staff were knowledgeable, polite and very helpful.

An excellent position, near many amenities and within easy reach of the beach. The facilities in the accommodation was excellent, so did not have to eat out.

Hengar Manor are rightly proud of their environment. My children loved the fabulous adventure playground, I loved the family friendly dining, both eat in AND takeaway- lovely cooked to order choices available on demand- after a hard day's fun was a real treat- and that was before stepping into the pool, and trying to decide which pamper treatment to book!

Perfect holiday accommodation, we used it as a base to visit the surrounding area but would definitely go again to relax on site.

Lovely site for a peaceful break! We stayed in a caravan, which was away from the lodges so even quieter, perfect to sit outside on a sunny afternoon! We even had ducks greet us each day as we opened the door! Not a huge amount to do on the site - golf, tennis, fishing and swimming. Tennis and golf free if you take your own equipment or very reasonable if you don't! Had some lovely meals in the comfy bar. Would recommend for a few days if you want to chill out!

I would reccomend this park to families who have small children, and groups who would like a nice relaxing break, the park has plenty to offer, and is nicely tucked away in the depths of the cornish countryside, yet the beautiful Port Issac, or Padstow, is only a short drive away.

Entertainment and bar areas are good, and the archery was well run.

Lovely park. Lots to do, great swimming pool and very clean changing rooms. Staff were so accommodating. The lodges were immaculate and well equipped - home from home! Loved it. AND best of all the hot tub was bliss - especially whilst the snow was lashing down around us!!!

Hengar Manor is a very lovely park with all the facilities that a family with young children could need. The chalets are lovely, the swimming pool is brilliant and toddler friendly. The facilities on site are everything you could need, come rain or shine.

Hengar Manor is a great place for a peaceful, relaxing break especially out of season. The accommodation is very comfortable and good value for money; the on-site facilities are good and the location is convenient for easy access to some of the best spots in Cornwall.

The accommodation was of a very high standard. Everything was new, so often holiday cottages have that well worn look about them. We didn't expect much or such comfortable beds for ?200 a week. We will be back!!

Hengar Manor Country Park was just so peaceful, the childrens facilities and entertainment was very good and the swimming pool was brilliant. The thing we liked the most was the fact it was an excellent base to discover Cornwall, we also like the fact we didn't feel as if we were riped off on prices of meals and drinks etc.

We had a fantastic time at Hegar Manor Park. 9 of us stayed in a lodge and found it extremely comfortable with plenty of room. We were pleasantly surprised to find that a double blow up bed had been put in our room for our 3 year old. This was much more comfortable for him than the little ready bed we had bought for him. The room was so big that even with two double beds in it, it didn't seem cramped. The location is so peaceful and well kept and you are welcomed home by ducks each day. Lovely. We will definitely be returning.

Good facilities with lots to do!

For a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, stay at Hengar Manor Country Club. There is plenty to do on site regardless of the weather, with plenty more to see and do in the surrounding area. The holiday was a welcome break for us, which was complete when we arrived at Hengar Manor. The park was beautiful and beyond our expectations. Our accommodation was outstanding and made us feel like we were at home!

Hengar Manor Park is a very peaceful, green park in the heart of North Cornwall. Close to Bodmin Moor (ideal for nice walks) and the coast of North Cornwall. On the park you will find a nice swimming pool with slide, a very good Italian restaurant, fishing lakes, beautiful pitching and putting greens.

The staff were excellent- completely made our trip. Would like to mention Tristan (Go Active) and the entertainment staff 'Peanut' and 'Ali G' especially- at Hengar Manor. Together they made our days and evenings particulary enjoyable and made it a certainty that we will return. Thankyou!!

Great on site facilities and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - well worth a visit.

I would recommend Hengar Manor Lodge as the accomodation is fantastic and the location is ideal to get to other tourist attractions near by. Mostly everything is within a 1/2 hour drive. The price of the accomodation is also very competitive.

It was perfect in every way!

We went in an extended family group consisting of people in their fifties and sixties and a family unit of Mum, Dad a 13year old, a nine year old and a ten month old baby and felt the holiday park suited all of our needs. An excellent touring base for the area but with plenty to do on site.

Good family fun, great location to explore the Cornish coast!

We have just returned from a great holiday at Hengar Manor, and this was our third visit here in 4 years! We are a family of 7 adults and now a small baby, and the accommodation suits us all as there is plenty of room to move about the lodges, and they are well maintained.

I can't recommend it enough - excellent accommodation, great value for money, and a great base for discovering Cornwall. We had a fantastic time and will return again this year.

I have been to Hengar Manor before a few years ago & enjoyed it then & have tried a few other parks in Cornwall but this was by far the best & my holiday was wonderful - thank you :-)

The park was well-maintained and the accomodation was excellent, apart from the single beds rather on the small size for adults. But it was clean, very well-appointed and the shower-power was perfect for five adults - always hot and very powerful. Apart from some damp at the windows, caused by condensation, the caravan was very clean. All-in-all, and with the special offer, it was outstanding value for money.

A very friendly, helpful site with excellent facilities - everything you could really want in a park with a huge amount of attractions nearby to keep everyone happy.

Great place to explore Cornwall. Central position to the North of Cornwall. Ideal for visiting lost of places on the coast fairly easily or even travelling further afield.

Everything you need for a family holiday in a lovely part of the country.

My children had a fabulous time at Hengar Manor. They loved seeing the ducks and birds in the morning, playing in the playground, visiting nearby beaches and they thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of activities and facilities on site to keep our four children (aged between 5 and 9 years) entertained. It is also conveniently placed for many stunning beaches in Cornwall. We did not have time to do it all but this means we can look forward to returning again soon!

It is a beautifully situated venue with outstanding accommodation and very good facilities, within easy reach of the many resorts and points of interest on both the North and South Cornwall and West Devon coasts. The accommodation is arguably the best to be found in the Hoseasons range.

Everyone was veryu helpful, clean and tidyness throughout including the park lodge site itself. We would def book again, actually we have already started to look for next year. A******* :o)).

The park and entertainment were great for kids, and it was very quiet at night considering we were in a caravan.

A very relaxing localweekend get away for four housewives who needed a break from the children and daily grind! Very good food,Lovely pool and massages- will definatly come back again.

We would recommend a holiday like this to anyone it was exactly what we where looking for everything about it was very good. On arrival we were greeted by a very warm welcome at reception and told that because we where early the lodge was not ready yet but told we could use all the facilities on the park and would be notified when ready. Everything we go on holiday for was exactly the way it should be, we would recommend this place to everybody.

Very child friendly. Good sized pool with slide and Jacuzzi. Hengar is in beautiful surroundings, we stayed in a Villa and it was fantastic, plenty of room and very warm!! This holiday provided us with everything we needed for a holiday. We would definitely come back.

This park was very easy to find and the location was good. Although a little north it is central so can reach all parts of Cornwall within a couple of hours. The park catered for every age and had a number of activities on site including tennis, fishing, pitch and putt, mini golf, a swimming pool, pub and restaurant. The fishing lakes were beautiful and the fish were massive! We really enjoyed our week long stay here and wish we had booked for longer.

This is a really good, value for money, family holiday park that we enjoyed thoroughly during half term.

A fantastic family holiday park.

A well tended hot tub, challenging little golf course, and Wadebridge was excellent for shopping!

We loved the entertainment and food on offer on the site and found the atmosphere to be much more pleasantly relaxed and less intense than other family holiday sites can sometimes be.

Hengar Manor was excellent, the bungalow we stayed in was furnished nicely and in beautiful surroundings and the country park was great with all the facilities available.

A fantastic holiday with fantastic service given by staff. The kids club - Sporty Foxes was superb, a great credit to the team.
