If sightseeing further afield is on the agenda then why not drive into Bergerac to sample the vino or explore Périgueux (only 18km from parc), the region's capital and its museums. This parc is a mere 5 minutes away from the A89 (the main road between Brive-la-Gaillard and Bordeaux), so is brilliant for visiting the local area, although we do recommend a car if you want to venture further than Saint Astier. Please note, due to the town centre location some traffic noise can be heard across the parc.
