Yes, I would recommend this holiday to my friends as it is quiet, tranquil, but at the same time family friendly, without being overrun by screaming children, Ahh, bliss!

Challaborough bay is beautiful.

A nice, pleasant, relaxing location.

The caravan, location and facilities were excellent, whether you want a family holiday or a quiet break away this place. Better than most places I have been to abroad - if only you could guarantee the weather you would have the perfect holiday! Me and my family will be looking to return to Challaborough every year!

The private beach and views from around the park were fantastic!

This is a secluded site. It's position makes it quiet and relaxing. Myself and my children had a wonderful holiday.

Hoseasons has to be the right people to book with, they are cheeper than booking with the actual campsite and getting the same treatment but for a lower price everybody needs a holiday and I will definately use Hoseasons next year. Thank you so much for a great holiday.

I actually booked this holiday with rather low expectations; a Devon holiday meant that the weather was unpredictable and I had visions of being stuck in a caravan with a 2 and a half year old, a sick husband and a puppy in the pouring rain! However, it turned out to be a most enjoyable break. The accommodation was excellent and the location superb. My grand daughter (2 and 1/2) thoroughly enjoyed the activities which were very well organised. The evening entertainment was of a high standard and we also enjoyed the indoor pool. A good time was had by all!

The location was fantastic - couldn't have been in a better spot!

The site is truly picturesque and the walks from the park along the coast strongly recommended, although strenuous in places. The narrow roads are a problem, but for those who wish to base themselves on a well kept holiday park it would be ideal. Would also recommend a visit to Burgh island and the Pilchard Inn... the crab baguette was exceptional.

Our holiday at Challaborough Bay was fab. The location was lovely. The beach right on the door step and beautiful cliff top walks to Burgh Island. We would like to visit the park in the summer time to see what it's like.

We had a great weeks holiday, the staff were so helpful and really made us feel at home. Our 2 children had a wonderful time and enjoyed the entertainment - I can't fault it at all and we will certainly be booking for next year!

The park offered plenty to do, even when it rained. Lots to do and ours two boys where worn out every day, whilst we had a relaxing holiday as parents.
|
|
Entertainment at the site was excellent and no problem getting a seat in the venue.

Will definitely be returning. The site is in a perfect location and feels completely cut off from the hustle and bustle of life. Lovely beach - our three year old asked if he could forever!

This is an ideal family holiday park. Walking distance to a glorious bay overlooking Burgh Island and a 30 min drive to Dartmouth. Across the ferry and you are in Brixham, Paignton and Torquay but, the site itself is quite rural which gives the parents a very laid feel to the holiday. Looking to go back again as the kids loved the beach and the pool and my wife and I loved it being so relaxed.

It was good value for money and the nearby beach at Bigbury on Sea is fantastic for small children.

This is a great site, on the beach close to local attractions. Good amenities and helpful staff, 5* holiday!!

A great location right by the beach. The restaurant had lots of choice of meals, especially important for us was the choice of childrens meals. The entertainment was good and the swimming pool, soft play and playground kept our 3 1/2 year old entertained. Overall, a great holiday was had by us all - I would definitely go again.

Challaborough Bay is perfect for families seeking fun and relaxation in a beautiful part of the country. With friendly staff and lots to do even if the weather lets you down, it's ideal for a UK break. The most beautiful beaches are right on your doorstep. My 4 year old daughter cried when we left!

We couldn't fault the holiday at all, it totally exeeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Our accommodation was like a home from home and there was nothing you couldn't buy in the on-site shop.

An excellent location and clean and roomy accommodation.

The location was perfect for us, as we enjoy walking walking the coastal paths and also we enjoy swimming in the sea, although the water was a bit too cold for us in September, need to invest in a wetsuit!!! It was lovely to be able to walk over to Burgh Island, the setting for one of my favourite Agatha Christie 'Poirot' programmes. Scenery is stunning.
|
|
We chose this park because we wanted facilities for kids and access to a beach - we got both, and had a fantastic time! The setting was great, and our daughter loved the kids club and made lots of friends!
|
|
One of the most relaxing and picturesque parks we have ever stayed on, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
