Crowhurst Park provided a lovely venue for four generations of our family to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. We had three adjacent lodges in the Victorian walled garden which were excellent.

An ideal base for exploring East Sussex and the views from the park over the surrounding countryside were excellent. Lovely medieval pubs in the surrounding area where we had many a pleasant lunch.

I want to keep it a secret location, but if I must tell others about the park I'd say excellent facilities, a welcoming environment, child friendly, and there was so much to do on site we didn't get to explore Hastings or Battle. I would definitely go again and recommend it to others.

We felt that this site was very central to places of interest. I would recommend this to couples or other people who wanted that little bit of peace and tranquillity, not suitable to teenagers or young people who wanted more of a club life but adequate for daytime activities. Overall for us as a middle age couple it was very suitable. Thanks for a great time we will be using this site again when we need to get away from the hustle of life.

All the facilities were beyond our expectations. The cabins were cosy, clean and well equipped. As value for money I really recommend Crowhurst Park. We have a 4 and 8 month old and the leisure pool and facilities were ideal, even the pool temperature is warm enough for babies. Even the British weather did not trouble us, it was a good excuse to snuggle up and watch TV in the cabin!

Fantastic sports facilities, the pool with jacuzzi, steam and sauna are great, and the changing rooms are always clean. A very relaxing break!

Crowhurst Park is an excellent site, our lodge was immaculate. The staff were very helpful and the food served was first class. We would return here for another holiday without hesitation and would recommend this site to others.

Fantastic family fun - tried the water walkers, archery and fencing. The hot tub on the veranda was wonderful - we all enjoyed sitting in it at night under the stars!!

We had a great time at Hoseasons, Crowhurst Park. There were activities for us all to enjoy and the log cabins added excitement to our stay. The location was good and there were plenty of attractions nearby, if we wanted to drag ourselves away from the comfort and facilities of the holiday park!

The park was very clean and well presented. Very quiet and in an ideal location. Something for all the family. Would stay there again.

The scenery was fantastic and the wooden lodges has a lovely feel to them. The children's playground was great and the pool facilities spot on and clean. There is enough to do in surrounding areas to keep all happy.

The location was very good indeed, it was peaceful and quiet yet had facilities for the children. You did feel "away from it all".

Having been to Crowhurst Park three times now we couldn't recommend it enough, especially if you are looking for a peacful location. The lodges are extrememly comfortable and beautifully furnished, and have lovely views over the countryside. The whole park is so well looked after and it has been pleasure to stay there. We are looking forward to our next visit!

It was great - better than we expected in fact!

Our children loved the swimming pool, the grounds, the play park and the woodland walks. When the children are happy, so are the grown ups!

Lovely views from the lodges of surrounding countryside down to the coast (wonderful sunsets). The swimming pool lovely - quiet and spacious enough for proper swimming and an excellent, small, safe toddler pool. The lodges are excellent value, spacious and warm with everything you could need.

A lovely clean park that was maintained to a very high standard. Although the park was full it was still very peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool and surrounding area was very clean.

Great location, great pool and spacious and comfy lodges - this was our second visit and we will definitely visit again. The staff are helpful and friendly too!

Very high standard of facilities. Our group loved the leisure centre, swimming pool and sauna. Lovely location, easy access to a wide range of tourist activities. Lodges blended in well with countryside, nice to be surrounded by trees.

I actually brought this mini-break for my daughter and her partner as a Christmas gift and as you can tell by her answers here she was over the moon with everything at the site. We have been using Hoseasons for many years and have completely satisfied every time. We would recommend Hoseasons to anyone.

Yes, I would recommend this holiday to others' in fact I already have to six different families with children of ages ranges from 2yrs to 12yrs. And my neighbours who are just looking for a quiet break just the two of them. They would all really appreciate such lovely surroundings, fantastic accommodation, good pool facilities and I know would not be disappointed.

We had a fantastic time and it was really good value for money. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well decorated. It was well equipt with everything we required, I especially liked that a few tea bags were provided so we could have a cup of tea before unpacking everything.

A well run, clean park with a lovely pool complex.

A great location and facilities. We have 2 small boys who loved the lodge and the closeness of the playground and swimming area were a real bonus. I would recommend it to anyone with a family, especially as Hastings and Eastbourne are so close which opens up a range of activites and fun for children.

My stay at Crowhurst Park was very enjoyable. I went swimming on a regular bases and it was a brilliant swimming pool complete with a jacuzzi and bubble seat. I liked playing in the park and the woodland walk was lovely.

The short break was perfect!!!!!! The location took my breath away with stunning views, and the wooden lodge was amazing and very homely - we had to take many photos of the lodge to show friends and family!!! The park was very child friendly, and although we enjoyed a romantic stay, we felt it catered for anyone who wanted to stay. Our only regret was that we had to go home - thank you very much to everyone who made our mini holiday the best one ever!!!!!!!!!

The whole park was extremely peaceful and throughly relaxing. This park is ideal if you just want to get away from the hectic modern day lifestyle. You are within easy travelling distance of the coast and many historic and interesting places to visit.

It is a beautiful park, very relaxing and yet plenty to keep you and your children happy. Good food and a great location for exploring the area without being hemmed into the busier resorts.

I wish we could have stayed longer! It was a great base for us as we did lots of sight-seeing in Hastings, Eastbourne, Frusillas, Penthouse Place, Bodiam Castle and Scotney Castle. The lodge was great, very clean and modern and had central heating. We had dinner one night at the restaurant and it was the best steak I've ever had!!! All the staff were very helpful and friendly - we left some of my daughters clothing behind, they contacted us and are sending it back free of charge! Highly recommended!

Lovely location and not far from Hastings. Accommodation was modern, homely and clean. Went for New Year expecting it to be cold but the lodge was baking hot on arrival and very cosy.

Crowhurst Park is a very good park with good amenities. This was our second visit and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Our lodge was located at the top of the sloping walled garden with wonderful sea views from our patio and hot tub. It was well placed for interesting visits and just chilling out on a peaceful park.

We have been to this park 10 times and absolutely love it. The park is set in beautiful countryside and we absolutely love shopping in Battle.

We had a fantastic time between being secluded, and yet comfortable in our lodge enjoying the view. We enjoyed the masses of golden daffodils, going to the leisure centre and having fun in the gym and the pool, and then of an evening spending time at the bar playing darts or pool. As a couple we really enjoyed it and will definitely come down again for another long weekend!

A lovely place with a fantastic leisure centre and olay park. The kids loved it and when the kids are happy so are we! Also nice to be able to have a grown up drink in the bar.

The lodges were very cosy and homely. Beautiful sites and great facilities. Great for an Autumn/Winter break, sitting in front of the fire with a cup of hot chocolate.

The standard of accommodation, and the parks facilities were as they looked on the photographs. The facilities were easily accessible and it is convienient for all local attractions.

We were really impressed by Crowhurst Park, the drive through the lovely grounds sets the scene. We received a very friendly welcome and felt that our accommodation was excellent. The facilities on the park were good, very clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this type of holiday.

Nice lodges, a good bar with Sky Sports and the leisure facilities were excellent.

A wonderful park, the staff were brilliant, and this park had loads on offer and, although we only really used the restaurant and swimming pool, everything was really good. The swimming pool was put to much use, mainly due to our toddler deciding that she loves swimming, only issue with the pool and the entire site was that they only have 1 family changing room which, as its a family park made it a tad awkward to get into the family changing room. The restaurant served very good quality food cooked to a high standard and proved to be very good value for money (Sunday carvery ?12.50 for 3 courses - bargain!, rump steak and chips for ?9.95). Childrens meals are very reasonable in price at ?4.50 inc a drink. Drinks in the bar area are good value as well, not quite Wetherspoons value but certainly good prices. As for the surrounding area, there is lots to see and do and the park is really close to Hastings, Battle with it's Abbey as well as Bodiam Castle. All in all a lovely relaxing week break, added to by the fact that the weather was magnificent!

Lovely holiday park with beautiful views. All lodges were self contained and included everything you could need or want. The Vermont lodge we stayed in was like a modern home and was extremely beautiful, in fact I could of easily swapped my own home for it. Staff were extremely helpful and we were able to upgrade once we got there for a very small charge. If you have children there's lots to do around Battle and Hastings but as a couple without children we found everything we wanted to do was at least an hours drive, however once we got to our destinations we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Crowhurst Park was a great place to stay. It is easy to reach many attractions around, it was clean, had a great pool and excellent views over the coast to the sea.

A great family holiday. The location, accommodation and park amenities were all good for 3 and 5 year olds with a relaxing bar by the play area - perfect!

Lovely setting and amenities.

Our Minnesota Lodges were spacious and we had a lovely view. The leisure centre was very good, especially the swimming pools. Having lifeguards at the pool was very re-assuring as we had 4 grandchildren with us. This is probably the nicest holiday park that we have been to.

I late booked this holiday as a treat for my 11 year old granddaughter, it proved to be a great success both from her point of view, things to keep her occupied and from mine as I had time to chill out while she took part in the activities.

This was a quiet holiday park but there was enough to keep us busy and the views were fantastic.

I would definitely recommend this holiday. We spent a long weekend and didn't want to leave! We have 2 sons aged 8 and 11, they loved the space to run around and the sporting activities on offer. The Go Active staff were fantastic - especially Sarah, who was brilliant with our boys.

The holiday was very relaxing, but close to many local attractions. The leisure facilities were a true delight, our age range was 9 to 60 and we all enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and of course the lovely pool. My 2 eldest grandchildren, 21 and 18, also enjoyed the gym. The setting perfect for a relaxing holiday. The wildlife walk was just long enough for my grandson aged 9. Crowhurst Park was an excellent camp with fantastic views and a lovely atmosphere. Our lodge was set amongst trees, clean and cosy with everything we needed. A lovely place for a holiday as it was so easy to get to Rye, Hastings, Battle and Eastbourne.

The facilities including pool, restaurants and play area were all close to the accommodation, which was great with 2 young children, not having to walk too far.

A very pleasant holiday, the grounds were kept very well and it is situated in a lovely location.

Piperdam is an excellent site which we will definately use again. The log cabins are the highest spec we have stayed in and the setting is beautiful. Excellent location for exploring Scotland. We were a large party (13 adults and 3 children) and there was something for everyone on the doorstep.

We have had two great holidays here, the site is lovely, clean and lots to do. The area is great and we have been lucky with the weather on both occasions to!

The location was excellent!

The park and grounds are exceptional and there is nothing like it in the area, we always return for the peace and tranquility. We had a fantastic time and will return again next year. It is a little bit of heaven in a crazy world.

I would recommend this holiday to anyone looking for a relexing, peaceful environment but still with plenty to do, especially for children and young at heart. The leisure facilities are good, the Go-Active schedule of activities is fantastic and the staff knowledgeable, effective and great fun. Additional archery facilities provided by Adrian Caddy were excellent.

This was a fantasic weekend break the accomodation was excellent and the cabin lovely and cosy, and very well equiped. The entertanment on our weekend was fantasic we would definately come again and I would recommend this for a very nice break away from every thing. I have also told my friends and family to try this out.

Splash time at the pool was a big hit with small children - very good.

We would recommend this as it was great in all aspects. The lodge and park were better than the brochure, and that doesn't happen very often!

We had a cabin which had everything we could have needed right down to a pizza cutter! A lovely stay and really safe for the children as cars are only allowed to load and un-load by the cabins.

The facilities were excellent so there was very little need to leave the park with the swimming pool, play ground and coffee shop so close by.

I am happy to recommend Crowhurst Park as being a very restful place for a break - also it was very enjoyable and great for the children.

Crowhurst Park is the most peaceful of places. A great setting with plenty of open spaces and no yapping dogs. Food and drink were reasonably priced and the Sunday carvery was superb. The swimming pool was great for the kids and you could get a decent adult swim. If you want to unwind, this is the place to be.

If you love to have a family holiday without the loud club house and noisy arcades Crowhurst Park is perfect. There is plenty for the kids to do but in a beautiful quiet location with superb lodge accommodation. We will definitely be going back.

It is in a very good location for tourists. The park was very well maintainted, the staff were excellent to try and meet your needs and the facilities on site were all rounded for all ages of guests.

Crowhurst Park is perfect for those wanting a little bit of peace and TLC. Even with 2 boys (3 and 1 year old) we came away feeling like we'd had a real rest! The staff were kind and put themselves out to help us. Our kids had the most amazing time the pool was just fabulous! Must recommend having a cabin with a hot tub! Such a treat!

We have been to this park for the last 10 years in various accommodation. It is fabulous and we will return again.

I have been coming to Crowhurst Park for 13 years and the standards of the site have not dropped in any way. I have enyoyed family breaks and have just come back from an adult weekend. My friends had a lovely time and we plan to come back next year.

Lovely relaxing time, cabins much better than expected, great swimming pool, nice pub!

We, especially our 13 yr old daughter would recommend this holiday very strongly, she had a fabulous time and the Go Active staff were fantastic and deserve specific reference especially Sarah.

I am reluctant to recommend this holiday because it was one of the best holidays ever, and if I let everyone know this I may have trouble getting a cabin when i want it!!! The staff were excellent, the facilites clean and in great order, the restaurant and bars were brilliant and the cabins were perfect. The views were lovely - so much so I rebooked the day after I returned to be guaranteed a cabin for next year! In a nutshell it was one of the best relaxing breaks I have ever had - I travelled with my husband and two boys who also loved it!

The park was in a lovely peaceful setting in the countryside, yet near to the sea.

We all really enjoyed our break and are looking forward to going again.

I found this holiday a very enjoyable one, it was very relaxing and the accommodation was excellent, the lodge was clean and well kitted out, the beds were made for you and the flowers and champagne added a lovely touch. The food on the site was out of this world, the chef was very good the service was quick and all the staff were very polite. I would recommend this holiday to my friends and I will be booking another soon, I can't wait to go back, I didn't want to leave. Thanks for a wonderful holiday D. Mann

A beautiful location with very friendly and helpful staff.

The park was in a perfect location for visiting historic sites, beaches and country parks. It was close enough for our teenagers to visit a number of towns for a little retail therapy too!

Easy booking, fantastic site, superb accommodation and a great holiday experience!!

A lovely setting, the lodges are comfortably spaced apart and the view is spectacular (including the sunset)! There are facilities to cover every age group - its a stay in the countryside surrounded by nature!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a beautiful, tasteful lodge with leather sofas, quality furnishings, table all ready set, heating already on, a small Christmas tree and tinsel and a magnificent view, which all made our arrival very warm and welcoming. The park itself is beautiful and the swimming pool with hot tub was luxury, the kids enjoyed it and we all had a relaxed break away. I would definitely go back to Crowhurst, very impressed!

Have just had the most fantastic break at Crowhurst Park, our lodge was lovely made even better by the gorgeous hot tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. We left the children at home this time but will bring them next time as they would have had a blast. What a great place.

An item of clothing was left at the site and when queried it was sent in the post straight to us, excellent customer service.

Besides the strictest rules in the swimming pool (for children) we had a great time. The hotel formula of the lodges was really surprising. Everything is there, and when leaving you hand in you keys and that's it.

Lovely well maintained site. Good clean comfortable lodge. Perfect place to relax. Very close to Battle and Hastings. I would recommend this holiday to anyone.

This park has the cleanest holiday accommodation I have ever been in. There are a great selection of activities on the park for all the family and I can especially recommend the pool - it was lovely and clean, not at all crowded and the kids spent hours in there having fun. The archery lessons are well worth the small charge and overall, a most enjoyable holiday that I would highly recommend, especially to families with children!

I would thoroughly recommend this holiday location. Even though we went during school holidays the park was still very relaxing and peaceful, but at the same time there was lots to keep children happy (and adults too)!

We've had a great holiday at Crowhurst Park. Very pleasant surroundings and good service. Lovely villages and cities in the neighbourhood and lots to do at the park itself.

The accommodation was perfect. Comfy and clean and spacious. The site is near enough to all the attractions on the coast, without being noisy. The staff were friendly, helpful and great at suggesting suitable attractions locally that I would enjoy visiting. I will recommend it to all my less able friends, as well as those looking for some time out in beautiful surroundings.

Lodge was amazing, staff very friendly. Had everything you needed facilities wise in the lodge. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend Crowhurst Park lodges to family and friends.

We have stayed at Crowhurst Park many times and really it's a home from home. It is quiet, relaxing and the views are breathtaking, but there is still plenty for the kids to do. We would definitely recommend it!

It was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed it. The activities were great fun (especially water walkers), and the lodge was very comfortable. The areas around Crowhurst such as the Battle ground, Hastings beach, Pevensey Castle, Camber and Eastbourne are great too, hope to return to this site now that I?ve experienced why it?s so popular!!!

We had a fantastic short break and the hot tub was brilliant!

The pine lodges were of a very high standard and the beauty of the park enhanced our short break at Crowhurst Park.

Beautiful views, lovely clean accommodation and very well equipped. My son, with his friend, did archery, table tennis, swimming, snorkeling and walker walkers. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, both boys really enjoyed being with the staff and doing the activities. The manor house was great. Lovely sofas to sit and relax and have a coffee and a bar area with pool table for the children for later. A really good relaxing break. Thank you.

A super holiday, a great location and a superb pine lodge. Excellent facilities and a great choice of things to do every day either on site or nearby - I will certainly return soon!

As a new young family it was our first holiday of this kind in the UK. I found the lodges offered us exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. Clean, spacious and not sat right on top of each other. The communial facilities were well managed and filled with like minded people. Overall a great first experience and we will definitely be returning, maybe on an annual basis!
