Our holiday experience was really good, the caravan was spotless and you had everything that you needed. Being able to bring your dog with you is ideal and the facilities for this is also very good. My husband loved the fishing and although it rained the amusement park was fantastic for occupying my son. It is also so close to some lovely places and the coach excursions are brilliant value.

We had an absolutley fantastic week with 3 children aged from 7 to 13. We parked the car the day we arrived and never felt the need to leave the park all week. It had literally everything from a beach to a theme park, horse riding to waterslides. We even watched a monster truck show all within walking distance of our caravan. The staff couldn't be more friendly and the park was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this park for an action packed holiday to suit all the family with fantastic evening entertainment at a choice of onsite venues. Thank you very much!

A beautiful, clean park and very well kept. The food and entertainment in the club was good, the beach was great, the weather was excellent and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday - we'll definitely be back!

This park is ideally situated, and apart from the superb facilities on offer, makes a fantastic base for touring if the weather is not too good for the beach. The whole park is clean and tidy with no litter, and we were very impressed with the recycling programme. We intended to come for a quiet, relaxing holiday but ended up doing over a 1000 miles overall and still took advantage of the evening entertainment and food!

Brean has everything you could want from a holiday destination. It has beautiful countryside, rocky coves, sandy beaches and plenty of things to occupy children such as a fair ground, horse riding on the beach and arcades. Excellent night time entertainment and places to eat.

Had a great short break, the facilities were clean, all staff friendly, the caravan was immaculate and really comfortable. The train round the site was a hit, saves long walks on cold nights. Was really impressed with the security on site...had a bad experience on a Haven site last year and their cctv was either not turned on or useless...not got that prob here...gave us peace of mind for our children's safety.

This was our first ever caravan holiday and it was brilliant. I had no real idea what to expect but was delighted with the quality and cleanliness of the caravan and with the cleanliness of the park. The playground at the site was fantastic and we are planning to come back in the summer! Recommended for families.

I had my mum with me who is 71 and has walking problems, she was pleased that all the park was on flat grounds and no hills.

Really enjoyed this week, a good family holiday, close to all attractions. Accommodation excellent, a welcome pack of essentials on arrival a lovely touch. Very good value for money in this high economic climate.

We had a fantastic weeks holiday at Holiday Resort Unity. Our caravan was the best that we have ever stayed in and was lovely and clean. The facilities and entertainment were great and a good choice of eating venues on site all offered excellent value for money. We would definitely go back again!

This is a great park with lots of things to see and do. The caravans are very clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful and the entertainment on the site is very good too. We had a fab time and thank you, we will be returning soon!

The caravan was better than expected, clean and up to date although not brand new. Hiring a Go Kart was fun with my son.

Staff came to caravan while unpacking to make sure all was well, we asked for an ice tray and within minutes it was there, cannot fault the staff from check in to getting into our caravan. The caravan was immaculate, all the utensils you would need and things you may forget like dish cloth, toilet roll etc. was there too. It was a 3 bedroom and had bags of room, the kids loved it.

The entertainment at RJ's was excellent not only for kids but adults too. I would like to make special mention to Sarah Bickley who went out of her way with our 2 year old twins and encouraged them to join in. We will be booking again next year and probably for a longer period of time. Thanks.

This is a lovely area and the accommodation we had was particularly great, nice and quiet but close enough to facilities. Staff were all friendly and our site warden was readily available and helpful when needed. The site was neat and clean.

If looking for an easy, relatively inexpensive 3 or 4 night break for a young family this is ideal. You don't have to spend a fortune and the area offers plenty of attractions should you require wet weather options.
First time we'd used a caravan as a family and being a little stressed beforehand I was delighted that the wife and kids immediately loved the place. As a wise man once said..."Happy wife...easy life!". The staff were very helpful, the surrounding area was better than I had expected and all in all a very good 4 night break that we would certainly consider again.... but maybe next time we'll look for a slightly more private resort.

As we now have a dog to take on holiday I was a bit worried as to the type of caravan that we would get, but the caravan was fantastic probably the best one we have had, and the site is very dog friendly and the beeches are great.

Brean Sands is a family orientated park with a lot of activities to do, we made use of the horse riding, bike hire, swimming pool and funfair and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The village was great for dining out and the beach on the door step, can't recommend this site and its staff highly enough, we will be returning.

It is a FAB Location, the accomadation was great, Well suprised on how clean everything was & on Site. We had our own grassed area by the Caravan to sit on the chairs that was provided outside safe for the kids to run about. The Childrens Park was amazing for all ages tots & teens , we had a great time on the Tiny Tots adventure Area, Also there was a Fishing Pool looked really well kept & even saw someone catch a fish so don't know if that was the only one or even the last one!!!!!!!!!!

We had a lovely family holiday at this location. Accommodation was very clean and contained everything we needed. The facilities were good and we particularly enjoed the play area, fun fair and choice of evening entertainments. Our party included 2 OAPs, 3 adults, 1 child under 5 and a mother to be and there really was something for everyone. A good time was had by all.

Hoseasons accommodation for people with pets is excellent. We have booked through several different holiday companies in the last two years but as we take our dog can only have standard accommodation and are not allowed to upgrade. It's nice to use a company that does not treat pet owners as second class.

I would recommend you to family and friends. We booked our stay to attend a family reunion in Bristol. As a family we had booked three separate caravans and were all more than happy. In fact what turned in to a last minute break will turn in to a yearly get together.

It's a great location with lots to do close by and the clubs are great on site, we didn't need to go off site at all in the evenings.

Over all this is a fantastic family holiday resort a great place to bring the whole family or as a great place to escape to for a long weekend.

All the staff were very helpful and the caravans were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the entertainment at RJ's, the fish and chips were lovely from the Chinese take away and the children's playground was super!

Yes, I would recommend this holiday. The camp itself was well organised and very well maintained. Lots of things for all ages to do and right on a fantastic beach, 6 miles long and very wide, especially when the tide was out. The setting was peaceful and relaxing.

I hadn't been on a caravan holiday for years. I decided to take my family for a half-term break. We had a fantastic time and will definitely go again. The facilities were excellent, staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation clean and comfortable. There was plenty to do in the area, even in the rain. We loved it.

I would go again because it was close to the beach. All the rides were great as well as the ice cream. The swimming pools were good and clean. The Beach was nice and clean as well.

The caravan looked like brand new, it was very spacious and very clean - being a person with a bit of OCD I was very happy.

The park is very clean and well laid out and is in quiet and peaceful surroundings with no rowdiness. The parks supermarket is very well stocked and had everything we needed and was very reasonably priced too - if we had known we wouldn't have taken food with us. Excellent eateries and takeaways, no need to cook and an excellent fish and chip shop. Within easy walking distance of the beach, local shops and amusements. There is a safe play park for younger children and outdoor gym equipment for grown ups. There is ample parking and very friendly ducks visited us every morning.

Our holiday at Brean Sands was brilliant. I would definitely recommend this site to young families like ourselves due to the large flat space around the site, including a large park area where the children can have a run around. Also as its right on the beach and 2 minutes from the fun fair. We have a great time, we also took our dog which was great with plenty of space again to walk the dog and straight onto a dog friendly beach.

Our holiday at Holiday Resort Unity was first class and the caravan was excellent - very spacious, extremely tidy and in a great location for all amenities. I'd highly recommend this park and the surrounding area of Brean and Burnham-on-Sea as it contains all the holiday package that you will need. Once again it was excellent!

Great location with fantastic facilities that suit all the family. Our caravan, Mount Pleasant, was superb and we especailly loved the lay out, three bedrooms and the main bedroom and the other two bedrooms at either end of the caravan. Will definitely be back soon and would highly recommend.

I would actually recommend this park. Great facilities including a free train ride to the leisure park next door!! Very well kept gardens and communal areas. Extremely close to a fabulous beach .....literally 5 minutes walk across the road!! Brilliant!!

If you want an experience that will leave the whole family happy at the end then this is the holiday to have. Local shops, beach fair, entertainment, lovely surroundings, towns to visit very close to drive, lots of places to go to see. Speak to the staff if you need anything, they will always give you here help. The accommodation was excellent with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, very clean and spacious.
