A very good site and a beautiful cottage, immaculate in every way and very well equipped. Much better than any where else we have stayed over the years. Receptionist was very helpful with regards to guide books. The swimming pool was very handy and it was such a pleasure to be able to have a peaceful and proper swim every evening. You do get what you pay for and Green Acres is worth every penny.

The holiday cottage was in a quiet location but had easy access to beeches and towns. The cottage was futnished to a very high standard and very clean The indoor swimming pool was great when the weather was not so good. We had a hot tub in the garden and a barbacue area that we used no matter what the weather. Greenacres is a small site ideal for those who want to get away from it all, but still have the opportunity to get in the car and explore the rest of Devon.

Superb cottages and location!

We were a party of 4 adults and found the accommodation spacious and the 2 bathrooms and additional downstairs showerroom gave us all the convenience and privacy we could wish for. The weather when we stayed in early May was changeable so we particularly enjoyed the indoor heated pool and the hot tub was a big hit . The elevated location affording views to the coast and the surrounding rolling countryside was a joy.

The cottage is in an excellent position with lovely views and the standard was also excellent. Downstairs was an open living dining and kitchen area with large french windows and unusual corner windows which let in lots of light. The kitchen area was also well equipped. A nice fireplace with wood burning stove (not need whilst we were there) and downstairs wc. Upstairs both bedrooms were also of a high standard with excellent furnishings and nice white fluffy towels - plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, a hair dryer in main bedroom (in drawers). Again unusual corner windows which optimised the view. The main bedroom had an en-suite shower room but there was also a further main bathroom again with a shower. Both had a high standard of fittings. The hot tub was just at the side of the cottage over the wall from the car park and at the back of the cottage was the reception and swimming pool (we had the pool to ourselves several times during our stay). We were approximately 10 to 15 minutes drive from St Austell and Charlestown, and about the same from Fowey. It was a family holiday for us, our son and daughter in law so a mix of ages. We all had a great time and would love to go again!

I would recommend this park as it was quiet, but the swimming pool and play area made it child friendly. The park is in a lovely rural location with fabulous views and the accommodation was superb. There was lots to do for adults and children in the area and lots of lovely places to eat out, or there are supermarkets nearby if you prefer to eat in.

I would definitely recommend this property. The cottage was very clean with 3 bathrooms which was great as no queuing in the morning. The kitchen was very well equipped. There is a good amount of space if you are taking dogs. The swimming pool area and the pool itself is immaculate. The location is great for Par beach which is a big beach that allows dogs.

Very good accommodation and site. My dad had just finished treatment for prostate cancer and it was just what was need for rest and recuperation. I would recommend this site as a central point for exploring Cornwall.

The location was quiet, peaceful and picturesque. Accommodation was pet friendly, which was fantastic for us. The standard of the accommodation was excellent. The private swimming pool was a very nice touch and was enjoyed by everyone in our party.

I have already recommended these particular cottages to other people and we usually never visit the same place twice, except when our children were smaller, but we have said we would both come back to these particular cottages.

Had a lovely holiday at Greenacres. The accommodation was wonderfully modern, well equipped and very clean. The area was very peaceful too and the children loved the facilities, especially the pool and jacuzzi and visiting the chicken coup in the morning. Greenacres is ideally situated to explore the South Cornwall Coast and I especially enjoyed sitting on the patio taking in the spectacular view enjoying a glass of wine with my husband and chatting about the days events. Definitely would recommend Greenacres for a peaceful holiday retreat.

Fantastic cottages in a great location so close to many South Coast beaches/coves like Polkerris and Porthpean. Lovely swimming pool which was very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The stunning accommodation managed to combine beautifully modern furnishings with a warm, cosy, cottage vibe, which made it the perfect getaway for couples wanting a romantic retreat. Great views, central to National Trust sites and the Eden Project, with local towns and villages just a few miles away, this really was a fantastic holiday and we will definitely be returning later in the year! 5 stars!

Great views from upper rooms. Lots of space to run around outside. The pigs went down well with the children, they enjoyed feeding them our non-meat scraps. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The proximity to the Eden Project was an asset, we went there with the children three times.

This is the 2nd time we have booked with Hoseasons and cannot fault the staff when booking, or on arrival or during our stay, everything was excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending you. Our cottage at Greenacres was well beyond our expectations and to have our own hot tub was the icing on the cake especially as the weather was so cold. The cottage was lovely and warm and a pleasure to come back to. Thank you for a great few days.

I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have children as the pool and hot tub keep them happy in cold weather. Great to have free internet access, and the cottage was very warm and felt peaceful, even though you are part of 10 cottages. Highly recommended and we will go again!

This is a fantastic complex with excellent facilities and we really enjoyed our week here. The swimming pool and hot tub were spotless and a brilliant addition to our stay. The accommodation is in a great location for visiting the Eden project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and lots of other Cornish towns and attractions. We would recommend these cottages and plan to stay there again.

A good location, quiet and peaceful and the animals in the farm on the park are brilliant for the kids. Its very clean and tidy, and the owners are friendly. If you looking for a high quality cottage then these are ideal!
