 Excellent location in pleasant, well kept park. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Accomodation was top class and very comfortable. Kids loved the swimming pool. Plenty of things to see and do in the area, it is ideal for families. The beach is a short walk away and is clean with good facilities, the town has plenty of shops and cafes. Supermarket nearby is very useful.

The park is just a 5 minute walk from the beach, has good social facilities, my grandsons loved the arcade and the grounds are kept clean and tidy.

This is a great park in a great location, just a short walk to the great beach of Hunstanton. A fantastic place to stay - walk for miles along the coast, spend the day on the sandy beach, visit the small funfair during the day or the evening and sit and watch the sunset over the water. This is a fabulous place to visit, the swimming pools on site are great, the staff very friendly and the overall holiday location is breathtaking. We will be back and if we could we would relocate to this lovely place - 5* rating for a complete holiday location!

Great for families as there is so much to do, and a beautiful is beach right on the doorstep - even a large Tesco very close by! The swimming pool was lovely and the funfair was nearby so the children were always happy.

I would recommend that my friends and family go to Hunstanton for their holiday as it is a lovely British seaside resort, and families can have a really good holiday there.

The general appearance of the whole park is extremely pleasing. Very tidy and clean, and bright with all the lovely flower beds etc.

What a fabulous holiday, great accommodation, great value and a great park. I must say it was the most relaxing week we have had and we will be back next year for a fortnight. We stayed in a chalet which was very roomy and comfortable. The children loved the entertainment, the great swimming pools and the beach is just a 5 minute walk away - fantasitc views, superb. Just two words really, "fantastic holiday" see you again next year!

I would recommend this particular site because of its close proximity to shops, beach and public transport. The excellent 'coast hopper' bus service (Norfolk Green) runs a half hourly bus service through the summer season from Hunstanton to Cromer. I didn't need to use my car at all during my stay and as an active senior citizen I was able to make full use of my concessionary pass which paid for all my lunches and cream teas. It is also a great base for nature lovers, geologists and bird watchers with great places to visit both locally and on the 'coast hopper' route e.g. Titchwell, Wells, Blakeney and the NWT Visitor centre at Cley Marshes (the home made soup here is particularly good)

Manor Park is a great place for a family holiday. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to the beach, into town & Tescos! I love having use of an outdoor pool which we used every day (the kids went several times some days) & it's nice to have life guards keeping an eye out, so I felt the kids were always safe. The park has a friendly atmosphere & our caravan was very nice. All in all we had a Fab Holiday!

We would recommend this site to anyone who wants a relaxing time in a small coastal town with most of the facilities of the big ones, and many places to go in the vicinity.

Excellent reception and check in facility and the accommodation was extremely clean upon arrival. The facilities were good, although we spent most of our time visiting external attractions etc. Hunstanton itself is very clean and tidy, and for the self catering holiday a supermarket is no more than a 5 minute walk from the park.

The site is very close to all facilities in Hunstanton with a supermarket just across the road. There is also a land train into the centre which is great for kids and the elderly. The chalet was basic but clean and everything provided worked. The site was well maintained and the staff helpful and friendly. We felt we had good value for our money.

Just got back from Manor Park Hoilday Village Hunstanton. Having booked for the second time with Hoseasons, accommodation was 1st class, park was 1st class, loved it. Yes, going back again in September, can't fault it, will be booking with Hoseasons.

My children and I have recently come back from a weeks holiday at Manor Park in Hunstanton. The accommodation was to very high standards and roomy, the outside pools gave the children pleasure every day. The beach was a stone's throw away and the restaurant was lovely to eat in. The staff at the park were very friendly and welcoming, I would recommend this site to other families.

A picture book park with landscaped lakes and gardens. We visited in June as we wanted a quiet holiday and were lucky to have a brilliant week of warm sunshine. Buses from the gates made it easy to visit the surrounding area. Altogether a lovely holiday - we shall book up for next year.

This holiday is good value for money particularly at out of season prices and is near all the main attractions as well as the local supermarket for getting supplies.

Great location - easy to find (especially as I was driving and navigating at the same time with no sat nav) Tescos nearby, great with fair, amusements arcades, shops, cafes/restaurants, city centre not too far away and easy walking distance.

Manor Park Holiday Village is set in a rural location close to the beach. Tesco Supermarket is close for food shopping and petrol etc. Also a golf course is next to the caravan park.

Perfect location for Hunstanton, we walked to everything with ease, there is lot's to do. I used to have holidays in Hunstanton as a child and loved it, still love it now. There is lot's near the site, did not need to use the car. Tesco across the road, take-out and arcades around the corner, then the fun fair, sea life centre and town/beach, 5 mins away. Even the on site restaurant food was good. Would definitely come again, but need to book fast, because they get booked up quickly.

I would recommend, the location is within walking distance to a lot of attractions, but also it is quiet and peaceful. I loved the fact that the park had duck families on it, that was one of the biggest highlights of the whole holiday for all our party.

The park is in a good location to the sea front and the town, and there are activities to do whilst in Hunstanton such as Willie the wash monster and The Sea Life Centre. The pace of life whilst in Hunstanton is slower and peaceful - a fantastic place to holiday!
