I would recommend a holiday on the Norfolk Broads to anyone. The villages and towns are very clean and the people are some of the most friendly people I have ever met.

It's a very relaxing peaceful holiday with plenty to see and do. The dual aspect view from the accommodation is very good and you cannot tire of it.

The accommodation was 1st class. The views from the balcony and watching the activity of the boats was great.

I booked at the very last minute in the bank holiday and was not disappointed by our lodge near the village of Horning at Ferry Marina. Wonderful setting, lots of activities close by such as Bewilderwood for the kids and lots to do on the Norfolk Broads. Would definitely recommend Ferry Marina for anyone wanting to visit Norfolk. Thumbs up.

A quiet, peaceful place just away from the village centre and main river traffic yet well situated for a boat trip to Ranworth on Salhouse. A lovely spot.

The Norfolk Broads offer a variety of actvities, whether you enjoy walking, or, predominantly, boating. The accommodation was very satisfactory and well situated.

The park was very clean and the staff were helpful and curtious.

The accommodation was very good and the location. It was lovely and quite relaxing looking at the views from our windows. It was a couple of minutes walking distance to the swimming pool and the food was good there as well. The local public house there was good for having a meal and drink by the river. We had a very enjoyable time all round.

Lovely family cottage in a lovely area of the Norfolk broads. Children loved being so close to the Broads and feed the ducks daily. Lovely staff on site and pool was a nice touch. Would consider re-visiting next year.

Ferry Marina is in an ideal position to discover The Broads, Norwich and the Norfolk coast. The properties have an attractive waterside outlook and the swimming facilities are welcoming, especially when the weather misbehaves!

Ferry Marina at Horning was absolutely beautiful. The surroundings and wildlife could keep you occupied for hours and that's just sitting on your balcony looking out onto The broads and marina, Harry the Heron came to visit us everyday and a duck was sitting on her eggs below our balcony unfortunately they didn't hatch before we left. If you like a quiet relaxing holiday we would highly recommend Ferry Marina and Norfolk Broads.

It is a very convenient place to be in Horning, with 'pub' on doorstep with excellent value food the accommodation is first class and assistance was without question. We had an excellent holiday and will certainly be back again.

A great place to get away from it all. The marina is on your doorstep and all you need for your holiday is a walk away. If you decide to go, take a boat on the river to see all the wild life - you may be lucky to see an otter in the wild.

I would recommend this holiday to everybody who is looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. It is a quiet setting where you can sit and watch the boats coming and going in the marina. It is ideal for children and adults alike who enjoy fishing. There are moorings for anyone who hires a boat during their stay, and Horning village is a short walk away with a couple of restaurants and pubs serving excellent meals. We had a really lovely and relaxing week and have already booked again for next year!

This is our second year at the Ferry Marina and we have had a really fantastic time just before leaving we booked for 2011 same house same place can't wait.

This is our first time staying in a lodge at the broads we have always hired a cruiser and sailed the broads, by staying at a lodge we have seen more of inland Norfolk and I would recommend this type to anyone wanting to see the waterways as well as the towns and villages.

Very relaxing location, good variety of both adult and child friendly places to eat and drink by the river within easy walking distance. Pretty well equipped village and great not to have to use a car to go out or get supplies! Great beach with lovely cafe only 20 minutes drive at Winterton on Sea.
