For a quiet getaway, this location is excellent. The standard of accommodation is good value for money, and there is plenty to see and do in the area - strongly recommended!

Already booked in the same accommodation for next year. My wife (The Boss) condemns Hoseasons for not having "Brilliant & Excellent" on their feedback form. All staff are there for our needs, and respond positively. Having a rescued dog that I won't kennel. The walks are excellent, and she is allowed in the Snug Bar, as is the wife. Highly Recommended to friends

If anyone is looking for a nice quiet winter break, Woodland Park is perfect! We couldn't have wished for a better place to have stayed. Our woodland lodge accommodation was beautiful, warm and cosy with fantastic views of open fields and woodland to which deer would occasionally appear from. We sipped sparkling wine from our hot tub watching by day the birds and wildlife, and by night the stars. From the start and all through our stay we were made so welcome by the wonderful friendly staff. The bar and restaurant area is very nice, and the indoor swimming pool refreshing. The location is perfect for exploring the numerous quaint towns and villages of North Norfolk. We didn't manage to see everywhere in a weekend so will definitely be returning to continue our adventure plus unwind, de-stress, relax and forget for a while the day to day troubles and worries of modern life. A well equipped caravan, excellent swimming pool and a convienient location for exploring the North Norfolk coast.

Superb restaurant meals, and they were more than happy to cater for my specialised dietary needs, creating dishes during the week that I was able to eat.

I have never stayed in a caravan before and was slightly concerned that it might not be of a good standard but was very suprised and relieved by how lovely it was.

For years my family and I have been going to Center Parcs, we thought we'd try somewhere else this time - so glad we did. The food was out of this world, and incredibly good value for money. The peacefulness was not only a godsend but the surroundings were essential to my children's happiness. Free to run riot in the woodlands, adventure in the playground and swim to their hearts content in the pool. With a beautiful beach a few minutes down the road, and a seaview that impressed them at every glance. This holiday surpassed all our families expectations, and confirmed there is no need to barrage children with entertainment - sometimes the simpler things in life do suffice.

Very comfortable caravans which were well equipped and great value for 8 people sharing. The staff were fantastic and the park was clean and nicely laid out - I'm sure they would have sorted the weather out for us if they could!

This is a fantastic holiday park for families, great accommodation and customer service. The food was of a very high standard and was located near good beaches.

Convenient to all local attractions and very quiet and leisurely - Goseasons you have excelled again. We have been holidaying with you all through the young family years, then with teenagers and now as retirees and hope to continue in the years to come either by ourselves or with expanding family and grandchildren.

If you want a really relaxing holiday this is it. The caravan was lovely and very warm which was appreciated as it snowed while we were there!! We had a really enjoyable four day break there are plenty of places of interest to visit and we will certainly be going back for a longer holiday in the future!

A wonderfully quiet and peaceful site within easy drive of the North Norfolk coast and many leisure activities. A fabulous swimming poolsauna was prfect for a relaxing break!

Small, very friendly and quiet, yet close enough to Cromer and other attractions if you want more of a buzz. Listening to all the beautiful birdsong was a joy and we had nice walks.

I would recommend this holiday to friends and family as it was very peaceful and a good place to get away from it all. It is also handy for getting to Cromer and Sheringham, and indeed most places along the Norfolk coastline.

We were at Woodland Leisure Park in October 2008 and it was lovely to see some old faces who remembered us when we returned in summer 2010 and vice versa so it made us feel comfortable from the start. Spookily enough we even had the same caravan which we were pleased about as we were in a great location for the kids too! We will definitely go back. We've done summer and autumn maybe we better do spring next! Thanks to all at Woodland leisure Park.

I would recommend this holiday park to people with dogs as its very dog friendly.

A great place to shake off any winter blues, so relaxing and quiet. Holly Lodge is a real treat and the hot tub and sauna make it all complete, highly recommended.

This was an excellent family friendly park. The pool was wonderful and the club house and meals were very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we hope to use this park again!

Having stayed in a number of lodges in recent years and been disappointed with the level of comfort offered, I was very impressed with this lodge. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and fresh and the lodge was well supplied with the little thoughtful things that makes holidaying more pleasurable. We would certainly book this lodge again if we were to return to the area.

A great park for couples. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and the food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value. We will keep going to this park for a quick getaway - a lovely area and another bonus was great walks for our 2 westies!

Really surprised at the quality of the food. Would like to have had the opportunity to try more on the menu. It was professionally presented, tasted great and produced smiles all around. Had small problem understanding how to work TV but someone came out (in pouring rain) and cheerfully fixed it immediately.

The Woodland Woodpecker was the best lodge that we have ever stayed in. It is extremely well furnished & very spacious. I would recommend this accommodation & park to anyone.

The park was in a good location and had a peaceful setting. We enjoyed the woodland walk as well as the local beaches. The pool was good for all the family although not for those who prefer something more lively.

The park was great - very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation, swimming pool, club house and the facilities were great and all in friendly surroundings. My children made lots of friends and played on the park and in the woods for hours some days. The kids entertainment night was great, and children of all ages were joining in the sports activities and the childrens entertainers where very patient and helpful, and there was an unexpected arrivel of the lovable character Sammy Squirrel.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem which they dealt with immediately. I would recommend this site very highly.

I enjoyed the experience, facilities and friendliness so much that I booked a return visit within 3 weeks of my original visit. I have today returned from the second visit and found it as enjoyable as the first time. This was my first time in a caravan for more than 30 years and I was impressed with the facilities both inside the caravan and that of the park and staff. A fantastic retreat located in a jewel of woodland!!

Really lovely lodges, a quiet location. Lovely beaches, and Sea Palling is a must out of season, just like having the place to yourselves. Five start accommodation and many thanks to the very friendly staff - and a wonderful 5 days!

This is a quiet, relaxing and very well managed site in unspoilt countryside. The swimming pool is ideal for toddlers and babies. There is so much to see and do in this area additionally. Family beaches are close by and safe. Thank you! We will definitely return!

The park is lovely, and is in an ideal spot for touring North Norfolk.

The family had a great time, the staff were friendly, the caravan was clean and comfortable and there is a variety of things to within the vicinity, which we will endeavour to do more when we return.

We found the whole holiday break fantastic. We were a family with two children. We thought at first the kids may have been bored with a "quiet" type break but were surprised when they said they loved it. They loved the hot tub we had at our Woodpecker Lodge and so did we. All in all a great break which we would certainly do again.

The park is set amongst a quiet tranquil forest backdrop and just 3 minutes away from Cromer Beach and 30 minutes from Great Yarmouth. The caravans were modern amd clean with a lovely swimming pool, child friendly restaurant and a small play/climbing area. The staff couldn't do enough to help and were willing to accommodate our every need. I highly recommend this park, especially if you have younger children and would like a peaceful break.

We would definitely recommend this holiday. We booked for Christmas the day after we arrived and then on the Monday we booked again for Feb 2012 and August as it's my 60th and it was so tranquil that I decided that's where I wanted to celebrate my birthday. It was lovely to watch the squirrels and deer.

It is a relaxing and peaceful site with super lodges, well laid out, very homely and warm. The swimming pool is well worth using and the woodland walks are very pleasant. The restaurant is excellent (especially Sunday lunch) and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

We found the site to be very relaxing, more suitable for adults. The restaurant food was excellent and very good value for money - esp. the Wednesday Carvery. All the staff on site were very helpful and always polite.

An excellent place to stay if you want to see traditional, unspoilt Norfolk. The park was quiet even though it was fairly booked up, we had the swimming pool to ourselves quite often. Helpful, friendly staff. Lovely paths around the park for walking, running. A long way off the road, so great for children.

Have just returned from a holiday at Woodland Leisure Park, Trimmingham, Norfolk. Had a truly relaxing break at this park, set amidst beautiful woodland. Plenty of walks, very dog friendly area. Staff made us feel very welcome. Plenty of places to explore in the surrounding countryside. Would consider another holiday here.

Lovely site, quiet location, near the beaches and also lovely woodland to explore. Perfect holiday for our grandchildren, thank you to all involved, particularly the chef who provided children's meals on a carvery night! The shop was great, the bread fantastic, everything we needed.

If you like a quiet setting and pleasant walks this is the park for you. The park and surrounding area are fairly hilly so not suitable for those with mobility problems. The pool area was very well kept.

We had a lovely time here. We stayed in the Woodland owl (shame the lodges with hot tubs book up so quick) which was a real home from home. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We used the pool every day, it was great to have a small toddler pool. The site was really peaceful and quiet with a few little walks and a nature trail for kids. Good location.

Accommodation of an excellent standard and a good base to explore Norfolk.

We had an excellent two weeks at Trimingham. It is a great base to explore from and the accommodation and facilities of the park are excellent.

The outlook and position of the Holly lodge was fantastic. It was nice relaxing in the hot tub looking out onto open countryside. Would definitely recommend this holiday park.

Norfolk is an excellent place to go for a wet British holiday. There were enough facilities on site so we did not feel trapped by the weather.

A lovely woodland setting, small but friendly - not your typical seaside holiday park as it is quiet, yet only 6 miles from Cromer, and you have all of north Norfolk on your doorstep!

If it is peace and quiet you are looking for, this holiday park is ideal, especially the lodge accommodation. Ideally suited to families with small children, the park is near the beach, has an excellent pool complex and and has very helpful staff. The woodland setting has wonderful walks with varied wildlife, and all in all, an excellent holiday!

I know we went a a quieter time of year when breaks are cheaper, but even with this in mind we had a fantastic and very relaxing break, and found it excellent value for money. It was also the first time we had used Hoseasons and were very impressed. I was contacted by Hoseasons and thought how professional and helpful the lady I spoke to was, and when I contacted the branch at Lowestoft I received the same service. We will definitely use and recommend Hoseasons again because I feel if we had have had a problem it would have been dealt with quickly and professionally. We weren't in contact with the staff at the lodge much, but when we checked in and out they were very polite and friendly too. We would love to return again - thanks for a great mini-break!

This is an ideal location for North Norfolk, the caravan was comfortable, clean and very spacious. The swimming pool was lovely and the surrounding woodland was great to walk through.

The accommodation was superb, especially for a disabled person. The wet room was ideal for my blind husband as there was no lips on the shower cubicle. The park was very peaceful even though there was a lot of caravans.

The accommodation at this site was fabulous, so much so I took a handful of the sites leaflets for family and friends, and have highly recommended it. An outstanding holiday, for couples and families alike.

The holiday was a fantastic break, the lodge was beautiful set in a lovely location, the only problem we had was finding it, of no fault of the park, it's just a little fiddly to get to. Nevertheless when we arrived we more so happy with all the facilities and how clean the lodge was. It was warm and comfortable, and the added complimentary apple juice, biscuits and local jam was a nice touch. All in all a wonderful holiday in a wonderful park. Definitely looking at going back next year. Also great value for money.

Didn't want to come home sums our holiday up! Brilliant for children and the lodge was superb, very spacious and luxurious. Hot tub was great and the indoor pool was good even though it was a little chilly! Loads of things to do and see in the area, will definitely be back.

The Woodland Lodges are out of this world in a gorgeous setting. Luxurious is an understatement! We highly recommend this holiday.

The park was wonderful with everything you could possible want for a relaxing, peaceful escape. The staff were brilliant, so helpful, and the accommodation was first class. If we could move in tomorrow we would do so happily!

We have stayed over the years with Haven, Pontins, Butlins and others but NONE were as good as this break! It was clean, comfortable, affordable with friendly staff which makes for an enjoyable stay anytime. I have recommended Woodland Leisure Park to many friends and family and we will be going back really soon!

Location was very good and staff very helpful and friendly. The site is in an ideal place as it not far from most of the resorts.

My boyfriend and I came to stay here for five days in November. When we arrived it was quite late and dark, yet the staff were friendly and took us to our lodge - they were willing to answer any questions and were always very helpful. The lodges were beautiful both inside and out and had everything we needed, they would be perfect for families too. The surroundings were amazing and we loved waking up there everyday. There were plenty of things to do on and off site and the staff were free to give us help and directions. The food was very good and the prices were too . We absolutely loved our time there and are hoping to return!

Feel almost reluctant to recommend the holiday as we'd like to keep it a secret all to ourselves, however, we would definitely return, my son did not want to go home! We would certainly consider Hoseasons again if this is the kind of standard we could expect from other holiday parks!

I booked the break as a surprise 40th birthday present for my partner. The beautiful lodge and the serene setting, complete with sauna and hot tub, make it a well deserved, luxury break away from the reality of day to day life.

Trimingham is a pretty little village, the site itself is a superb hideaway, log cabins just wonderful. We haven't holidayed in UK for at least 18 years but this was well worth the escape of the airport chaos and travelling.

The lodge was excellent - the best accommodation we have ever had! The staff were great, the food and bar excellent and we went to Cromer, Sherringham, The Broads and had several drives along the coast. A great holiday and we would recommend it to any family!

Great peaceful location nestled deep in the forest, very helpful staff very clean and tidy accommodation. Waking up in the morning to the views of trees and meadows and then jumping into the outdoor hot tub and relaxing to the beautiful surroundings. Great weekend away.

I wanted to have a few 'chill out' days. I found a really good value offer at Woodlands in Trimmingham and booked a caravan for over my birthday. What a lovely site. I can understand why its called Woodlands as you can have a wander through the woods to the fishing lake. I did and enjoyed feeding the geese with their babies - I even saw a deer on route! All the staff on the site were helpful and friendly, and they made my birthday a very special one by their kindness. The food in the bar lounge was delicious and good value. If I decided to cook in the caravan, all the facilities were there for me. I enjoyed my stay there very much and would have no hesitation about going back for another relaxing break!

A fantastic, lovely and quiet park, a very comfy and well supplied caravan and great facilities including a swimming pool.

Yes I would recommend this holiday. It was a very good value for money break. We all had a great time - the caravans were clean and welcoming and the site was in a good position, a short drive to the beach and nearby towns.

Fantastic location, right by the sea and within very close distance of many lovely places to visit. The pool was marvellous and the staff couldn't have done more for us. The website photographs don't do the campsite justice - it's a lovely little community in a beautiful setting.

A clean, well kept caravan on a park with woodland and lakes, with good walks in an attractive part of Norfolk.

This site is perfect location for exploring the seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham. Other lovely beaches are close by too! The site itself has everything you need to relax, the pool is fantastic size for the children and the sauna for adults to take time out!!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Woodlands in Trimingham Norfolk, and we have had a most relaxing and enjoyable time. The caravan was very clean and tidy as were the grounds, as a person with a food allergy the staff were very helpful and obliging.

Woodland Leisure Park is fantasticly relaxing, set amongst mature woodland with an abundance of wildlife close by. Only a few minutes drive from Cromer, and not far to the Norfolk Broads - we would thoroughly recommend it!

We enjoyed a very relaxing break away and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.

Very quiet and a lovely lodge - better than home!

If you have dogs and want to enjoy long walks along cliff tops, and on beaches suitable for dogs, then this is ideal. Also you are close to towns and other facilities. Our two dogs very much enjoyed this holiday.

We had a wonderful time. The lodge was nicely secluded and the woodland surroundings were wonderful when we were in the hot tub. The decor and comfort of the lodge was spot on.

I would really recommend staying at The Woodland Leisure Park, Trimingham. Firstly because it is so peaceful (we went in September) The facilities that we used were ideal(pool, children's play area, restaurant) even though we have a young baby we felt that there were enough for us to do, although we did not use all of the facilities that were available. The caravan that we stayed in (Mallard) was very spacious, it was very clean and overall very comfortable. We had a lovely time there and will go there again.

It is in a lovely countryside location, but only a short drive to the nearest beach, and the resort of Cromer. On site facilities are excellent for all age groups. This was the third time we had stayed at this park, and we will go there again - I think that speaks for itself!

Fantastic park, caravan, facilities all really clean and nice. We have a young son and dog the woods around were fantastic. Fishing was good and food in the clubhouse very nice, definately recommend, we are returning for our tenth wedding anniversary in October.

Just returned from a 3 night break at Woodland Holiday Park. Had a fantastic time. The area is simply stunning, with some beautiful beaches and things to see and do. The site itself is great with good facilities and great setting. Would definitely return. Ate in the restaurant and the food was good and the pool etc great the kids loved it.

I would recommend this holiday as my 4 year old daughter had a fantastic time, as did I. The local area is brilliant with a wide range of places to visit and different things to see.

The staff at the park were extremely friendly and helpful, and the park was well maintained with a great pool and play area for kids. The caravan was modern with good facilities and we had a lovely time!

This is a lovely situation, the lodges face a wood and it's beautifully quiet (apart from the owls that were quite vocal at night. The lodge definitely has the 'wow' factor, is well equipped, very comfortable and also very roomy.

The park and all its facilities are top quality, the restaurant is superb but its main strength is the wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done willingly and with a smile. We'll be back.

A very enjoyable stay in a lodge located on a site that was quiet if you want quiet, but also had good facilities e.g. pub, restaurant and the pool for rainy days. The lodge was excellent, having all the amenities required to pamper yourself and allow you to eat in as well as out at the many local pubs, including BBQ. Nice touches re soaps/shampoo, jam and juice on arrival. We have already recommended property to friends and family.

A great cosy get away, really enjoyed the quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and the friendly staff. Can't wait to come back!

It was the best holiday I've had for years, so peaceful. My house is always full so it was just great to get away and the lodge was lovely, so big, clean and in a nice location.

An excellent location for a nice extended weekend away from the fast city life, and a great location in which to explore North Norfolk. There are some lovely places to visit around the December time, and if all else fails, Norwich is a 40 minute car ride. We had an excellent stay at Woodland Leisure Park.

A great place to relax and unwind and do as much or as little as you want.

As Grandparents with 4 children aged 11, 7, 6, and 4yrs, we found that all age groups were very well catered for in all areas.

The lodges at Woodland Leisure Park are absolutely first rate. They are set in a secluded part of the site and so presents the double benefit of being perfect for a quiet family holiday but with all the site facilities only a short walk away. I would recommend the accommodation and park to anyone without any reservation.
