 Ideally placed to explore the North East coast and positioned just next to the A1 for easy access. A beautiful site with fantastic accommodation, well spaced and set out. This is a great place to relax and explore from, with no noisy nightclub to spoil the experience. If you like walking, beaches, shopping or historical attractions this is the place to go.

Great location to explore and the standard of accommodation really is superior class Sandra in reception was great full of info and very helpful. We were quite blown away at the quality and standard of our holiday considering the low price we paid.

The park was quiet, very scenic and the accommodation was faultless. Extremely good value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. Suitable for all holiday makers as you get from it what you require to enjoy your holiday.

What a fab short break...the accommodation exceded all expectations. We would definitely recommend this park for a quiet brilliant break. The shopping in Newcastle was fantastic.

We were very impressed by the high standard of furniture and cleanliness of the lodge, including the kitchen and electrical appliances. It was well equipped to a high standard and everything you could want was included, even a dishwasher!!!

Yes I would definitely recommend the holiday especially for trips to Whitehouse Farm in Morpeth as well as to the excellent Inner Farne Island by boat from Seahouses, which is not a long journey from the park

This is the best Hoseasons site we have stayed at. The staff were wonderful, the accommodation was up to date and spotless. We will be coming again to this site in the future.

Had a great weekend at bockenfield! (12th_14th March and it was warm and sunny!) our 4year old grandson loved it, quiet but excellent site. Friendly and very helpful staff, accomodation was so spotless we thought we were among the first few people to use it! In fact its been used constantly for over a year(great job site staff). Near to lots of places to visit, we did Alnwick gardens and Whitecoats? farm centre, will definately be coming back in the summer when castles are open and would recommend to family and friends!

The site is in a idea position for exploring Northumbria both the Coast and the National Park areas. The staff are very helpful giving suggestion on what to visit in the area. We found it very peaceful although it is quite close to the main road.

The park was lovely, really quiet and well situated. The accommodation was of the highest standard and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. In fact we have already recommended the park to friends and family - we can't wait to come again!

This is our second holiday with Hoseasons and each time the accommodation has been exceptional. The staff have always put themselves out. With the value for money, we can afford more weekends away and time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Very friendly staff, leave you to your holiday but are there when you need them. Both the accommodation and grounds are maintained to a high standard and they even provide a nice parking area just for your use next to your accommodation. Overall it's a great place to stay but one consideration is that you must be willing to drive as there wasn't anything within walking distance but there are nice places within a short drive.

The best park to go to around Northumberland and Newcastle. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The park is very romantic, quiet and discreet. Perfect for when you want to go away for a quiet holiday. The park was in the perfect place for if you are travelling to different attractions because it is based in the centre of all the attractions. Max 45 minute for the further attractions. Should be a 5* instead of 4*.
