 We have just had a great time staying in Tryfan lodge. We walked in 2 find a bottle of wine & fudge on the table that was a very nice touch. The lodge was lovely and clean had everything u need for your stay. Very much a home from home. We will be going back there hopefully next year and will tell our friends all about it.

This was a fantastic long weekend, the lodge was amazing, beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. The location was very tranquil as you stand by the lake you can even see the trout jumping in and out, and the swans that swim on the lake are so tame and friendly it's unreal, although they do love you feeding them. Lastley, the hot tub was fantastic, hot and relaxing. We can't wait to return.

I'd definitely recommend the Lakeside Lodges to friends and family as the location was beautiful and the lodge was beautiful inside. The hot tub was a great extra too! We'll be booking again soon.

The best self catering family facilities that you could get. I cannot think of anything to improve it. We even had sun! However sun, rain or snow it would of been excellent.

I would recommend this holiday to others, it was lovely and relaxing and was a nice treat with fresh air and peace and quiet. I would defo recommend a visit.

A return visit and it was even better than last year. The lodge and equipment is in excellent condition, the BBQ is a fantastic addition and the wall mounted TV is a big improvement too, especially for family viewing. We hope to come again next year!

This holiday lodge was without doubt the best one we have stayed at, it had everything from the wine waiting in the fridge, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits, bath robes and plenty of towels. A hot tub to die for, swans, ducks and geese visiting you as soon as you arrive back in the lodge, great area and a very helpful owner who was waiting for us on arrival she gave us all the information we needed, we could not have really have wished for more and would recommend this lodge to anybody. If it had been a hotel it would have got 5 stars from us.

This holiday was a quiet retreat away from it all. Easy access to main roads to discover all Anglesey has to offer. Amazing setting and the lodge was above all expectations a true home from home and contained everything I needed and more.

If you are looking for peace and quiet with lovely surroundings then this is the holiday for you. It was so peaceful with great accommodation (it had everything, and was very clean and modern), a hot tub and the shower was amazing. A fanastic view onto the lake with ducks and swans too. The best holiday we have had so far in the UK - I would recommend it to anyone and we will be back soon.

Fantastic base to go and have a look around Anglesey, a great location. Lodge was in a fantastic location on the lake and really felt at one with nature, particularly enjoyed sitting in the hot tub watching the baby rabbits and lambs playing in the field. A very relaxing place to be chill out and unwind.

The lodges are in a peaceful location, with only 3 lodges on site. We had a week here, and despite the weather, used the hot tub daily. There is a trout lake right in front of the lodges, which we made use of and it had the best trout ever. This is probably the best equipped property we have stayed in. Red Wharfe Bay is a lovely place with a friendly pub, the ice cream shop in Beddgelert is highly recommended and is worth the drive to Snowdonia on its own, without taking in the stunning scenery and well marked walks. Morrison's in Bangor is the best place for food shopping - head over the Mennai Bridge and turn left, its about 5 miles from the lodges. There is also a Co-op in Mennai Bridge, but we found this more expensive.

A great, tranquil location, and the view from the master bedroom is terrific with a very comfortable bed. The hot tub is very warm, no matter what the weather, and was great at night. We liked the bath on the ground floor and the big open spaces round the lodge, central heating ensured that it was nice and warm indoors too. Ideally suited to visit both Snowdonia and Anglesey.

The accommodation was absolutely brilliant and far better and well equipped than the brochure describes. The park owner welcomed us personally on our arrival and was very helpful. We would highly recommend Anglesey Lakeside Lodges as a holiday. The lodge was in a beautiful setting right in the heart of Anglesey. It was our first trip to Wales and we are sure to return. The beaches and beautiful seaside towns were the highlight of our holiday.

This lodge is a little jewel. If you want extremely comfortable surroundings to relax in or to even explore from, this is the place. The owners have provided a home from home with a fantastic comfort factor, they provide a personal touch and customer service you are unlikely to find anywhere else.

A truly memorable and special pre Christmas break. Fantastic hospitality and kindness from the lodge owners, and the lhe lodge was very homely, comfortable and inviting; perfect for our family mix. The attention to detail was second to none, and included basic provisions and a welcome bottle of wine on arrival. The owners even left a birthday card for my wife!!
We have stayed at other lodges in the Hoseasons portfolio, but Tryfan was most definitely extra special, and I can say that we will definitely be returning in the near future!

This holiday for us was everything and more. The seclusion and beauty of the area was truly priceless. Even the lack of phone signal and Internet made this trip amazing as it forced us to get back to basics and enjoy the more simple things in life. This trip reminded me of how all holidays and get aways should be!

Totally beautiful accommodation and remote location. The log cabin is excellently furnished and feels really homely. The hot tub was the icing on the cake - complete luxury! Local eateries were superb.

We have just returned from the Lakeside Lodge and it was amazing. The lodge itself is so warm, cosy, homey and well equipped. The setting is fantastic and the view from every window is picture perfect. The owners are so friendly and welcomed us when we arrived and the bottle of bubbly was a nice touch too, which we enjoyed in the hot tub over looking the lake. The surrounding beaches are just a short drive away(if you are taking your dog they are not aloud on certain beaches between 1st May-1st Sept) This is a perfect setting for a relaxing break and we can't wait to return. :D x

I would love to recommend this as a holiday place but it was so good we want to be able to go back time and time again, if we recommend it we might miss out!! Wonderful accommodation and ideal to explore North Wales. Fishing briliant, kept the boys quiet and engrossed!!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Anglesey Lakeside, in 2009 we stayed in the Lakeside Lodge, which was lovely and this year we stayed at the Lakeside Retreat, both lodges could not be faulted what-so-ever... both fantastic.. .will definitely be back again next year..... if you want a quiet, peaceful, relaxing holiday or break this is the place to do it... fantastic is the word I'm looking for....

The Tryfan Lodge is stunning, the attention to detail makes it the best lodge that we have ever stayed in!! Everything has been given such thought, care and attention! We enjoyed every minute and wished we could have stayed longer. One thing is for sure, we will be going back - thank you for creating such a beautiful place to stay!

Perfect scenery and the lodge was in a great location over looking the lake. The lodge itself was great inside totally clean and everything you'd need for your holiday. Plenty to do here and lots to do locally. Really tranquil there. Will definitely coming back again!

The Lodge and all its furnishing was very homely. The little personal touches like a bottle of Champagne to welcome us, and the water bottles on all the beds proved that the owners wanted us to enjoy our break.

We had a fantastic few days. The Lodge itself was fantastic with TV/DVD facilities, central heating, dishwasher and washing machine and the location was peaceful, clean and well laid out. The hot-tub was great fun and the lodge was full of lots of personal touches, like board games, DVDs and hot water bottles on the beds (We visited in March so it was a bit chilly!) If you are looking for a quiet location to relax within reach of loads of great beaches and woodland for walking, then this place is perfect. The nearest towns are between 5 and 15 minutes away where you can find supermarkets, shops and takeaways.

Brenda made us so welcome on arrival and even phoned the day before to make sure we didn't take anything we didn't need. This was very helpful as we didn't need towels, gowns etc. Also on arrival there was Cava and pop for the kids, icecreams and an extremely impressive tea/coffee basket. This lodge is perfectly and the owners have thought of EVERYTHING!! Loved the secluded HOT TUB was really private. Our dog had an amazing time too!! Would definitely recommend this particular lodge (Lakeside Lodge) to EVERYONE!

We have stayed at many lodges over the past years. The standard of this lodge has been far the best. The owners contacted me the night prior to arriving to run over things with me. It was presented very, very well and was immaculate. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing break. Our children loved it. Thanks to Hoseasons.

The hot tub was perfect in -10 conditions - don't be afraid to use it when it's cold. The setting and lodge was absolutely lovely, we couldn't ask for more, and the view from the lodge in the morning sets you up for the day. We hope to come back in the summer to experience the better weather - thank you very much!

We have been booking holidays with Hoseasons for the last 12 years, and I have to say that this lodge and its owners were by far the best we have ever stopped in, and I would (and have been) recommending it to friends and family. There was nothing you could do to improve this park!
