 A clean and quiet park with easy access to Edinburgh.

This park is a fantastic oasis of calm just minutes from Edinburgh city centre by bus. It has all the great bits of being in the country, whilst only being a short (and cheap) bus journey from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh.

I would recommend this holiday park because of its lovely location. We felt we were in the country when in fact we were only 15mins from the centre of Edinburgh. The accommodation was excellent as was the bar/restaurant facilities.

Excellent location due to ease in which you can get in and out of the city centre whether you drive or use public transport. Pleasantly surprised to find towels, teatowels provided. Peaceful, quiet site yet plenty to do within a few mins driving time. Will definitely be back for another visit.

Convienent for Edinburgh, you can park the car and just use the bus. Although only a few miles from the city centre the park was peaceful, and with country walks around the park. The park is not overdeveloped or commercialised so is good for anyone looking for a break on a park that does not have amusements etc. We have not had a caravan holiday for nearly 20 years, but would definitely recommend it as an alternative to a hotel for anyone visiting Edinburgh.

The standard of these caravans is very high, we wanted for nothing. Even going in October, we were plenty warm enough.

I found Mortonhall Caravan Park a great place to stay. The caravans were modern, clean and really warm and spacious. The site is within easy reach of Edinburgh city centre and is an ideal location for exploring the East coast.

A peaceful location, but very easy to get into Edinburgh and the bus stop is just outside the park. A country park is nearby if you want to include some walking in your break, and the bar and restaurant on site are good value for money.

A fantastic location close to dry-ski slopes and with easy bus transport into Edinburgh. A beautiful, spacious park with wonderful views across open countryside and helpful and welcoming staff.

Mortonhall is fantastically placed for sightseeing in and around Edinburgh with excellent value for money bus service into and out of the city. We will be returning.

The park was well equipped and the caravan we stayed in was to a very high standard and clean. The location of the park was within easy reach of all local attractions and amenities.

Morton Hall was a great location for Edinburgh, lovely park and restaurant with great food. Bus on site where you can buy day pass with frequent buses. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in the caravan, all clean with excellent facilities in the caravan, i.e. the bedding and kitchen equipment. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay, A*****

We had a lovely short break and everything was tip top! The park was really well situated just outside the city centre and the caravan was like new, clean and very comfortable - I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The best park I have been to. We had a lovely time and my kids also loved it. The play park was good and I would definitely recommend it - thank you, we had a lovely time!

It was an ideal way to see Edinburgh the buses stopped outside the park gates and you could go anywhere reasonably cheaply.

Fantastic location, caravan very warm in November, beautifully clean interior, set on wonderful grounds. Will def be coming back again.

Accommodation was excellent and the location of the site for the festival was very convenient.

Beautiful quiet location. Central heating included in cost of caravan. Close proximity to the city of Edinburgh and its many attractions. The bus service from the site entrance is excellent. Every 10 minutes for the service through the city centre and out to the Ocean Terminal and Royal Yatch at Leith.

Just came back from Scotland our 4th time away this year with our dog staying in log cabins having a great time best time ever, also my husband wasn't well coming home from Loch Ness and I phoned you guys to see if you could find me so place to stay for one night, and yes you did thanks so much i am very happy with the service you give. Mortonhall is an excellent Park within easy travelling distance of Edinburgh city centre (3.6 miles) We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this park. Thank you Hoseasons and Mortonhall.

This was a lovely site that made you feel you were out in the country but only a 30 minute bus ride into the city. We regularly had caravan holidays many years ago so were very surprised that when we arrived in the very spacious accommodation that the beds had been made, towels were supplied and a nice touch was the welcome basket with coffee, tea, milk and biscuits. The buses ran regularly and it was a pleasant ride into the city. A perfect location for trips into the city and many trips in the locality. The information brochure in the caravan gave many ideas and maps to get to your destinations, even the local Sainsbury's and Ikea! Overall a very nice, clean and spacious park.

If you want to get away from the big caravan park atmosphere this location is ideal. Good public transport links to the centre of Edinburgh mean you don't need a car.

The site was clean, tidy and well looked after. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive which provides great access in to the city and for a reasonable price for a family of 4.
