Very quiet site, right on the sea front. Excellent quality accommodation but few site facilities.

Sunnyside Caravan Park is quiet and peaceful with spectacular sea views, it is nicely elevated in a lovely setting with plenty of space between each caravan and our accommodation was modern and clean with all mod. cons.

A lovely relaxing holiday in a very sleepy town, but within a short car/train ride to many, many places to visit and shop!! The caravan was excellent and well equipped on a very quiet caravan site!!

Just the most fantastic experience. Peaceful, spotless and well organized site-well managed and run. Would recommend this holiday to anyone interested in escaping the hum drum of day to day living. Transport by train or bus on the doorstep, view of sea stunning (loved watching the ferry come in from France every night and leave every morning) Cost comparative to any others around infact I felt our mobile home provided us equivalent to 5 star accommodation in a hotel, only privacy afforded and space provided better and more enjoyable.

Caravan was very clean and looked brand new and was in a great location.

Very friendly staff and caravan was spotless. Lovely views and location.

Well kept, very quiet site. Fine if you have young children even though majority of owners are retired. The location is great with every facility near by and fantastic natural locations such as Birling Gap. Not a site for entertainment needs and there are no play facilities on site.

The park has a wonderful sea view and Seaford is an ideal holiday destination in good weather, with a range of amenities and easy transport by bus or train to Lewes, Brighton and Eastbourne.
|
|
I would recommend it because of the location, the overall feel and facilities and also the peace and quiet.

Wonderful location and very pleasant environment.

Would recommend this park for mature couples wanting a quiet night and to use as a base for visiting attractions along the south coast.

Great place to stay if you want peace and quiet, very nice view over Seaford Bay, and the little town of Seaford is only a short walk along the prom. You can also very easily get to Brighton or Eastbourne via the nearby train station at Bishopstone. If you enjoy walking you are not far from the Seven Sisters Country Park where you can have a walk along the river Cookmear. Or if you are fit, a walk over Seaford Head to Hope Gap where you can explore the rock pools.

A very peaceful, relaxing park, friendly staff, very clean facilities, and easy access to public transport.

I go on holiday to Florida every year and only went to Brighton to visit my daughter, but loved the people, the place, everything about it.
|
|
Would recommend Sunnyside caravan park as it was quiet and peacefull and the transport system for reaching Brighton and Eastbourne was cheap and on the doorstep, would recommend this holiday to anyone.

This was our first visit to this part of UK. The camp site managers were very helpful and told us about travelling around the area. We were very impressed with the bus and train services and how cost effective they were. As a consequence we hardly used the car. There are buses every 15 minutes to Brighton and Eastbourne. The camp site itself is very peaceful. It is only a two minute walk to the sea front. We had an excellent experience staying in Seaford. Very many thanks.

We had a lovely short break at the Sunnyside Caravan site. The couple who owned the place were so helpful and amenable. The site was beautifully kept and so convenient for the satation, seafront and town. I will be booking again soon and recommending Sunnyside to others.

Set on a peaceful and calm setting. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and very comfortable for the six of us. The fact that there are no entertainment facilities make it ideal for a quiet and relaxing getaway location - we had a very good holiday here.

Great location - friendly staff - pristine accommodation - close enough to Eastbourne and Beachy Head.

I thought the location of the site was stunning. Views of the sea right across the road was breathtaking. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and decor of the caravan. I thought the organisation and small details such as milk in the fridge, cleaning products and tea avaliable in the accomodation on arrival was a very homely and thoughtful touch. Also the daily availability of newspapers, milk and bread at the site was a very good idea as there are no immediate shops to the site. I would definately recommend this site to friends and families

I would recommend it, we liked it especially as there were no children running around, it was just peaceful and relaxing.

This is a very clean, quiet site with modern, well fitted out mobile home caravans. It's just on the edge of Seaford with views over Seaford bay and Newhaven harbour entrance. The centre of Seaford is about 15 mins walk away and is a nice town that just happens to be by the sea rather than a seaside town as such. It has a wide shingle beach, about 2 miles long with blue/green sea even on a dull day. There is a small beach outdoor cafe. This is an ideal place to explore East Sussex with many places to visit close by. We both enjoyed staying here and hopefully will be back.

Great location, only a minutes walk from the beach, design of the accommodation's interior was really well thought out and very clean. Overall a great holiday!

|
We had a lovely short break - location of this site was great and the local train line on its doorstep was a real bonus, didn't really need the car!

Would recommend a peaceful and relaxing holiday here.
Sunnyside Caravan Park Seaford is great.
We love the quietness and surroundings.
No improvements necessary.
We were sorry when our week ended.
Would definitely come again.
Would definitely come again.

This campsite was great for a base or as a relaxing holiday as no site facilites. Just across the road from the beach and a short walk to the town. On the edge of the park is a gate that leads to the train station that takes you to Brighton, very easy indeed!! We even had fresh milk and tea and coffee available for our arrival, not to mention toilet roll, just to set us up until we went to the shops. I would recommend this site as a great base.

Lovely location, well kept, well maintained park.

|
It's a peaceful place, quiet yet full of wonderful sights, especially the walk up the cliff at the end of the seafront, amazing you can't put a price on such beauty. Perfect.

Ideal for anyone who wants a quiet holiday. Easy access to many local places.

|
A great site if you just want somewhere to use as a base while you are exploring the area. Super modern, warm and clean caravan, great value for money.

|
Being so close to the beach and the local train station made this a great holiday to leave the car behind.

|
Great for a quiet holiday. Although not designed for children, mine loved it there. Well worth getting a caravan with central heating.

We have just spent a few days down in Sussex staying at Sunnyside Caravan Park in Seaford. We arrived at the park and were pleasantly surprised. We have had a wonderful 5 days in a caravan, and although it was the basic one it seemed brand new and was most comfortable. The park was very quiet which is how we like it, and was so close to all amenities. We will definitely go again next year, and we are just so sad that we hadn't booked to stay a little longer. We also had pretty good weather which was a bonus.

Great for a quiet, good value break in a coastal location.

|
A lovely clean, quiet site with excellent train and bus communications and in a beautiful and interesting area.
|
|
A quiet site ideal for the older fitter holiday maker. With a railway station on the doorstep it made trips to Brighton etc both quick and cheap. We didn't have to use our car at all during the week.

Excellent quality accommodation, friendly management, quiet, peaceful, clean park and in a great position with sea views and local rail and bus services on the doorstep. Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk etc) a nice touch! Highly recommend.
