Plenty to do on site, even in wet weather.Friendly and helpful staff.

Very impressed with the standard of the lodge. The facilities within the lodge were excellent, we had an amazing time during our weekend, loved the hot tub. Would recommend, was excellent value for money.

We decided to take our 3 grandchildren to Oakdene Forest Park. The caravan was excellent for our needs and all 3 children enjoyed the pool. All staff during our stay were extremely helpful and polite. I would not hesitate going to this site again as it was quite close for us to travel to. Also, plenty to do in the area of Ringwood. A lovely part of the country. Who knows, maybe we will return again next year. Our thanks to everyone at the site.

I have been to Oakdene twice now and would recommend it to friends. The park is well situated next to the A31 with easy access to Bournemouth, Poole, Dorchester and Weymouth not forgetting the breathtaking New Forest. If you enjoy cycling or walking, this is a good place to stay to meander your way around the awe-inspiring sceneries of the New Forest. Affordable holiday, nice park setting and very friendly staff.

I had a fantastic holiday! The accommodation and park were very good - we had such a great time and I would definitely come back again!

We all had a fantastic weekend, we use Hoseasons a few times a year, this without a doubt was our favourite so far. Lovely park in a beautiful setting. Location was perfect, walking direct access into Hurn forest, 10 minute drive to Poole and Bournemouth. Shops and takeaways of all varieties only a 2 minute drive away, you couldn't wish for a better park.

A brilliant place with lots of places to visit nearby. The caravan was lovely and warm and tidy. The staff were very helpful, there are forest walks nearby and there is lots for children.

We arrived and were instantly impressed with the friendliness and politeness of the staff. When we arrived at the caravan it was so clean it was as if nobody had ever been there before. 5 star... couldn't have been better.

Good facilities. Children loved the pool and flume. Surrounded by forest great for walking the dog.

The caravan we stayed in was excellent, all the facilities you would need and very clean. The entertainment venue was new and fresh and had a friendly atmosphere.

There is lots to do, even if it's raining. The staff are very helpful, the caravans very nice and the waterslide is fab for the children.

I would recommend this holiday to anyone. The booking process was easy, efficient and friendly, and the accommodation was just what we expected!

I would recommend this holiday for families with small children. The accommodation was clean, tidy, comfortable and more than adequate. The location, close to Hurn Forest made it a great centre for cyclists and walkers. My children loved the swimming pool and my wife and I likewise the proximity to the cycling along the Castleman Trail.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oakdene and thought the facilities were ideal for families with small children. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding area.

It was my very first English holiday park holiday and I was very pleasantly suprised - loads for the kids to do on a safe park!

Good value for money.

The park is a great place to stay and the accommodation is excellent. There are easy to access forest walks, free swimming and entertainment and good open areas for the children to play, but the park is not noisy. Perfect for families with young children.

I'd recommend Oakdene if you have kids as the pool has a slide and the play area is excellent. It is in a good location for visiting both the forest and beaches.

Wonderful venue for families, so great to be somewhere where children are welcome everywhere and well catered for.

The site was very clean and well kept and in a good location for travelling around both the Dorset and New Forest areas.

Visited in April. The site was very peaceful and in a location where there are lots of places to walk. The caravan was clean. The duvets and linen were good quality. The shower was wonderful. The central heating was useful in the evening. We had a wonderful break and it was excellent value for money.

Superb accommodation in extremely well kept grounds and a supermarket with competitive prices. A great holiday - we are coming back next year!

An excellent holiday park, full of facilities for all the family and with easy access to the Hampshire and Dorset resorts which offer a bit of everything for everybody regardless of age. Well worth the money.

The big bonus was the real comfort and cleanliness of the caravan and the free use of the wonderful swimming pool and sauna and steam room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to Ringwood in the near future. We would recommend Hoseasons whole heartedly and we will be back!

The facilities at Oakdene are great. The swimming pool is a real bonus when the British Weather turns against you!

The park is in the ideal location for discovering Dorset, the staff are friendly and curtious, the park was always clean and tidy and the caravan was superb!

This was a great site us and our family (4 children 1 - 13 yrs) there was something for them all, entertainment was great, and with Bournemouth only half hour away you have the beach. Accommodation was lovely (Burley Caravan) very clean and had everything we needed. Will be coming back.

Although a small park we found it to have plenty to offer. There is a well stocked shop covering all your essential items at reasonable prices along with a cafe. We found the evening entertainment was of a good standard and the staff were friendly and polite. On site there is a heated indoor pool of good size along with a spa pool, sauna and steam room from over 16's - there is also a water flume. The outside offers crazy golf, a small play park, nearby woods to explore and an outside pool for warmer weather. Inside there is a small amusement arcade and fitness room. The park is well situated next to the A31 with easy access to Bournemouth, Poole, Dorchester and Weymouth. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

Oakdene park is ideal for those holiday makers who want to mix tranquility and livliness. You can either sit by your caravan relaxing and enjoying the views and wildlife provided by the forest or you can choose to go to the clubhouse and enjoy the cabaret shows and leisure facilities. This park caters for a range of holiday makers.

I would thoroughly recommend Hoseasons - for the past five years I have only used Hoseasons, because they offer a brillant service, which is head and shoulders above the rest. My holidays with Hoseasons are always wonderful and when I have to leave I regret that I could not stay longer.

Great location good facilities.

The park had excellent facilities for children, a lovely swimming pool, play area and bouncy castles etc. Excellent entertainment in the evening with a childrens disco every night and the cafe served excellent quality food at reasonable prices. I would recommend to anyone with children - we had a great time!

Lovely setting on edge of Hurn Forest with direct access. Park has all amenities including entertainment for children and adults. We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra week.

Friendly staff when we telephoned to book. Explained what we required and got exactly that. Site was friendly, staff attentive and facilities just what we wanted. Even went in the pool three times. Would certainly recommend.

We booked a large family group break and everyone, from toddlers to adults, had a super time. It was a great holiday and we can't wait to do it again! All the staff, including the booking team we extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff at the site was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

We stayed in one of the lodges and had a great time, two 3yr olds, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents all found the lodge, site and amenities suited all our requirements, and we love our nightly walk in the forest with direct access from the site, and the hot tub.

Ideally located for the New Forest or the coast at Bournemouth. Friendly, helpful staff and beautifully maintained accomodation in pleasant surroundings all make for a perfect stay.

Perfect off-spring if you have a car. Forest Park, Bournemouth, Poole and many more are within a very reasonable driving distance. Facilities are very (!) clean - staff very friendly and helpful - indoor and outdoor pool clean and perfectly supervised. Sauna and steam bath clean. Kids loved the slide. Spacious caravans - even the economic Wimborne one. We enjoyed every single minute.

A fabulous, friendly park, so close to many seaside resorts and plenty of walks for all the family. The kids and the dog had the time of their lives, they just had so much to do and you could let them go off on their own.

Very relaxing but at the same time plenty of healthy walks and fun to be had in the pool during the day on site. Bournemouth and Poole are nearby for shopping, the beach and other entertainment.

Very quiet and relaxing, with plenty of wildlife on the park. Being close to the main road between Bournemouth and Ringwood, it dosn't take too long to travel to the majority of visitor attractions in the area. I would go back again in the future.

The park is situated in an excellent position right next to a forest which was great for cycling. An ideal park for visiting many lovely places in and around the New Forest. It was well maintained and very helpful and friendly staff - I would recommend this park to anyone!

We all enjoy an outdoor pool and were exceptionally pleased on how warm the pool was this year. The location was in good distance for both Bournemouth and country parks, providing a variety days out.

I loved the lodges, they were really well equipped and felt comfortable and everything was to a high standard. Set in a peaceful surrounding - a real escape from everything. For these reasons I would recommend this park and holiday, plus the location of the park meant there was a good choice of nearby attractions.

The reception we had on our holiday was very warming, we truly had a lovely week, the park had plenty of activities to do as well as it was quite central to other places of interest!

Wwe had a brilliant time - we booked an extra night and still didn't want to leave. A beautiful place and we loved to see animals roaming freely.

Oakdene is a great family site. We have been going there for 7 years and our grandchildren would not go to any other caravan site as they love all the activities.

The lodge accomodation was very good especially as we were bringing our dog - the hot tub was brilliant! The location of the park was ideal for dog owners and walkers as we could walk straight into the Hurn Forest which offered miles of walking. The site facilites were ideal for our children aged 7 & 10 as it was small enough for them to explore on their own yet big enough to provide them with plenty to do. The location of the site was good for visiting beaches in Bournemouth, Weymouth and the New Forest, as well as the many attractions in the New Forest area.

Its just perfect for that little break away, not too far from home but far enough to enjoy the facilities and the wooded area surrounding the park.

Oakdene Forest Park is great - its entertainment kept me amused, the kids loved Cyril and Cybill the squirrels, and the overall atmosphere was fun. Its close to a few pubs and there is a supermarket just down the road which is handy for any essentials, plus you have an on site Spar for essentials. Overall I would recommend this to people who have families as we had a fantastic experience, and the welcome from the staff was very friendly!

We found that the holiday was very good value for money. The location was great as we were just by the edge of the forest and right near the reception, swimming pool and entertainment area.

The park was really nice,the staff also and the warden was very helpful,moving us straight away when our caravan had a small problem.the swimming pool was clean and welcoming staff made it a nice week.

Excellent value for money, great base to explore the surrounding area; beaches, quaint villages and forests - which were on the doorstep! Accommodation clean and housed everything you needed. Facilities excellent even off peak; swimming pool, sauna, spa, slide and steam room all very clean and open late despite only a few customers! My daughter (aged 3) loved and park which again looked new and well looked after. Overall we had a great 4 day break which felt like a brill holiday! Thanks.

From the first five minutes of arriving, everyone was completely relaxed, and the atmosphere of the park, and the great staff made sure that the whole holiday was relaxed and fun.

This holiday was ideal for my 2yr old daughter. Even though it was low season the staff were incredibly friendly and ensured that some entertainment was provided for the children.

I've already recommended this holiday to some work colleagues. I felt the accommodation really suited our family. We booked because of the hot tub and we weren't disappointed. As a family we all enjoyed it, even in the rain! The on-site cycling seemed to be excellent value and we were dismayed that our session had to be cancelled because of the weather. Saying this there was no problem getting our money refunded and the receptionist also directed us to Moorfield Country Park where we could hire bikes for the day. Also I have never been to an 'arcade' that is so customer friendly! Your 2p and 10p machines seemed very fair at paying out a small win - although ours eventually was all lost - we didn't feel as though we had been 'diddled' in the first 10 minutes! Although our children are older and understand the win/lose nature of these machines, it was nice to hear many of the young children shouting to their parents that they had won. If this is an error on your part, please do not change things, it was a great touch and a benefit to you in the end.

A great location to explore Dorset, having recently spent a weekend at the Disneyland Paris Davey Crockett Ranch, your accommodation was so superior to theirs and I would not hesitate to return/rebook with you, the same cannot be said for the Davey Crockett!!

A brilliant location if you are wanting to visit New Forest, Bournemouth etc!

A lovely spacious caravan with room to sit out on a small veranda when the sun shines. We could have been in the Med, messing around in the outdoor heated pool with the sun blazing down. We really didn't want to leave!

I would recommend this holiday to others as the facilities on site were excellent. Being right next to Hurn Forest was a real bonus, as we had the dog with us. The swimming pool was really good and my two little girls really enjoyed the entertainment, and still talk about Cyril and Cybil the squirrels. Well done to Oakdene Country Park. We will be coming again.

I would definitely recommend this holiday to others. The site is in a beautiful part of the world- close enough to hustle and bustle but far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet the New Forest has to offer. The park itself is large enough to provide a range of facilities, but small enough to feel safe and secluded. I will definitely be visiting again....

We stayed for three nights and this was our second trip to Oakdene in 1 month as the first time was superb, the facilities are very good the pool is brilliant for adults and kids. The caravan we stayed in was very well managed and very clean, I have recommended this place to friends and family and would definitely go back, very good value for money.

The location of the park was good, it was easy to find. The forest walk was great for the dog. If you are looking to just chill out this is the place to go.

I would recommend this holiday because the accommodation was outstanding. Even in December we found the lodge was very warm and cosy. We all had plenty of room to move around, and the leisure facilities were great for the children. Everything was very clean and of a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to go again and also recommend to others.

We had a fantastic holiday at Oakdene. We took the bikes with us and went for bike ride in the forest which was great. The children's entertainment team were great and really looked after the kids and it was free unlike most. Log cabin with hot tub was lovely and in a quite location. Good restaurant just over the road and 2 large supermarkets within a few miles so was in a great location. Would definitely go back again.

A fantastic park - you truly have thought of everything to make it an experience never to forget!

I would recommend this holiday to a lot of my friends with or without children. The facilities for the kids is great and the complex is very peaceful for older people or anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The walks surrounding the complex are really lovely and the New Forest itself is only a short drive away - a definite thumbs up!

A very good park, set in a beautiful part of the new forest and within travelling distant of Portmouth, which has a lovely beach that allows dogs. The town of Ringwood is a nice place to visit with a lot of small shops with helpful staff. It is somewhere that we will be holidaying again!

The park in general was clean and set out well. The pool was great, although we did not get to use the outside area as it was May and it was not yet open. It also has a well equiped gym. The sit was quiet and had access to a large wood with plenty of path's to follow.

Ideal location for New Forest. Good clean accommodation. Romantic evenings spent in hot tub, even on cold nights!

The caravans were modern, spacious and clean, and the facilities were good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the park was in a good location - we never travelled more than 45 minutes to go sight-seeing, or to get to coastal towns.

I would definitely recommend this holiday for families of various age ranges as there is something for everyone. An excellent location for discovering the Dorset coast or just chilling in the well equipped lodges. This was our second year holidaying here and as usual everything was as expected - faultless. The kids knew their way around and we felt secure in knowing that they were safe which was our priority.

There is so much to do within the park and you don't need to go out every day - our 3 boys thoroughly enjoyed it!

I would recommend this holiday as everything that was promised in the brochure was delivered and more. We had a great time our party ranged from age 5 to 68 and we were all happy.

This site is fantastic for people with dogs as there is access to the forest within yards of your caravan. The site itself is clean,quiet and pleasant. The only drawback is getting out onto the A31 but hey, you can't have everything! We have already booked for next year.

The location was lovely and tranquil. The accommodation was first class and more like a home from home with beds so comfy, more comfy than our beds at home - the most enjoyable holiday we have ever had.

This park has absolutely everything you could want - entertainment, a pool, shop, cafe, and peace and quiet with wonderful walks in the Hurn Forest where the park is situated, and lead off the site. Highly recommended!

Great holiday. Good and very clean facilities. Swimming pools were really good with long opening times. All in all a great place to stay.

A lovely holiday, caravan and park, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Well looked after surroundings, the swimming pool was good fun, clean and always lifeguards on duty. Lovely walks close by and Bournemouth, Christchurch and other places to visit are easily reached and well signed. There is also good entertainment at night and a shop on site with everything you need. We have visited this park before and would highly recommend it - good value for money!

We took our 6 year old daughter and she loved the site. The amenities were close and never too busy, the lack of a splash pool meant that it was safe for young children to go down the flume without worry about how they'd manage. Changing rooms were always clean and there were plenty of family changing rooms. Some lovely pubs nearby with nice gardens, playgrounds and a wide range of food on offer at good prices.
