 Wighill is a beautiful place with Wetherby and York close by. There is so much to do and even if you just wanted to spend some time away from your hectic daily lifestyle then the beautiful surroundings and facilities make this break very special. The local pub is fantastic and everyone is so friendly.

We arrived at Wighill Manor Farm Lodges for a 4 night break over the New Year. F rom the moment of our arrival until our departure, we enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing break in this quiet and secluded location. First and foremost, the owners, Melanie & Rupert, were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and it is evident they want to ensure their guests have a relaxing time during their break away. The neighbouring White Swan pub is a 2 minute walk from the lodges, and serves a high standard of food and drink at a great price. The nearby village of Tadcaster had plenty of stores to buy in groceries; however, its worth noting that the owners also sell basic items at very reasonable prices.
The accommodation was first-class; the standard and quality is well above that of other rentals we have stayed in previously. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the lodge and surrounding area, and will most definitely be returning.
