There's no getting away from it, La Réserve is a simply beautiful holiday destination. Arguably, La Réserve's best feature is it's own on-parc beach providing stunning views (and romantic sunsets) over Lake Biscarosse. Campéole Plage Sud is located a few hundred metres from the Atlantic coast in France and among centuries old pine trees that provide pleasant shade. Everything is within walking distance, whether you want to go to the beach, the cinema, the disco or the supermarket. So convenient! In high season at Campéole Plage Sud you can enjoy a heated swimming pool with children's pool. For the rest, everything in the recreational or culinary sphere is on hand. It's enjoyment for everyone at this peaceful and homely camp site in the picturesque town of St. Jean-Pied-de-Port. The Spanish border is just 8 km away and a 40 minute drive will take you to the Atlantic coast. This camp site in France has large marked out grassy pitches and you look out over the Pyrenees. Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, in Lake Iraty or in the River Nive. In high season you can also use the sauna for a fee. The children can amuse themselves in the toddlers' pool, in the playground or in the recreation room. Le Village Tropical Sen Yan is located about 14 km from the Atlantic coast, close to Saint Julien-en-Born and the renowned resort of Mimizan-Plage. With its countless exotic flowers, shrubs and palms this camp site lives up to its name. Yet Le Village Tropical Sen Yan is actually in Les Landes in France! At the tropical centre of this lovely camp site there are three swimming pools and a small toddlers' pool. There is a spectacular water slide. A carefully constructed terrace with deck chairs, a restaurant and a bar surrounds the pools. One of the swimming pools can be covered over so that you can swim a few lengths in comfort outside the warmer months. A sauna, jacuzzi and sun lamps are the finishing touches of comfort. There is a brand new artificial lake with a lawn and sandy beach with sun loungers and palm trees. It's a beautiful spot! The minigolf course (in a sort of natural lagoon), miniclub, games room, playground and sports grounds are all great fun for the children.

Camping Des Familles is located on a strip of land between the mouth of the Gironde and the Atlantic, just above Bordeaux in the Médoc. An area with vineyards, woods, dunes and above all plenty of water. The ocean of course but also large lakes (Carcans, Lacanau, Biscarosse, Parentis) and the River Gironde which is very wide here. The beautiful bay of Arcachon is just to the south. If you are looking for a family camp site with an authentic French ambiance, close to the sea, Des Familles is the place for you! It's just 4 km from the beautiful sandy beach on France's west coast, along a road through the woods. Also nice to do by bike. There is a small, friendly restaurant right by the sea so you don't have to go straight home after a day on the beach. Back 'home' on the camp site there is a safe, fenced in swimming pool with a paddling pool for the youngest, a sun terrace and several deckchairs. There is a basic restaurant with a terrace and views of the jeu de boules green. And the children will always make holiday friends at the lovely playground and by the table tennis.

Talaris Vacances enjoys a lovely location on the edge of the Médoc region in southern France, just west of Bordeaux by Lake Lacanau and not far from the Atlantic coast (5 km). The camp site is located on level wooded grounds with plenty of greenery. The pitches are spacious and shaded. You will find complete rest here. Both a lake (1.2 km) and the sea (5 km) are close by. There is a splendid swimming pool complex on the site itself, which was renovated last year! Among others there is a water slide, a hot tub and a separate area for toddlers.
