A self catering holiday gives you the freedom of being able to explore all the delights Ile de Re and Royan has to offer with out being tied down to meal times...And for the times when you don't want to cook you can treat yourself at the Camping Interlude restaurant. Of course you can always eat out at the local pubs and restaurants as well!.
Take Away At Camping Interlude there is a takeaway on the holiday park. This means that if you don't want to eat out or cook you have the third option of a takeaway.
Perfect for Golfers Want a Aquitaine golf break or holiday? Then booking a holiday or break at Camping Interlude could be a great solution. There is a golf course on the park or near by. And with plenty for non golfers to do either at Camping Interlude or in and around the Ile de Re area the non golfers will have a great time too.

Food shop on the park. There is a food shop at Camping Interlude. So there is no need to hunt for a shop in Ile de Re or further afield around Royan for those daily essentials.

Camping Interlude is a pleasant and relaxing campsite, with sandy emplacements under cooling shady pines. This is a superb location for young families, with a glorious beach right on your doorstep. You will find mile upon mile of gently shelving shore that is ideal for swimming, windsurfing or for family beach games and picnics.
Back on site, there is a combined indoor/outdoor pool close to the modern restaurant and bar area. You can limber up in the gymnasium or relax in the sauna at the brand new beauty centre. We recommend that you explore the island by bicycle. The Ile de Re is very flat and there are a variety of interesting cycle tracks to enjoy (bicycles can be hired on site). This idyllic island is the perfect place to slowly unwind and relax.

Spacious Maxi Tent - Sleeps 5-6
Our Canvas Maxi Tent sleeps up to 6, and is the ideal choice for a true camping holiday experience. With its unique and spacious design, it is a great opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors, but with all the creature comforts. The Maxi Tent is fully equipped with everything that you need for a great self-catering camping holiday, 21st century-style.
Kitchen
4 ring cooker, with grill and fridge with ice box. Crockery and cutlery is provided.
Living room
Spacious living area with side awning that can be rolled up (access may be restricted on some campsites), ideal for alfresco living on your camping holiday.
Bedrooms
Double room and second twin room that can be divided by a curtain. Fully, sprung beds. Double room has wardrobe rail with captive coat hangers.
Bathroom
Our campsites all offer toilet and shower facilities, located a short walk from our tent emplacements.
