We would certainly recommend Shorefield Country Park for the following reasons: large, but very peaceful park with a lot of privacy (lodges situated in nice areas), Spar shop on the park open every day and night, walking distance (footpath from the park) to the sea and Milford-on-Sea (with lovely views to Isle of Wight), close to the beautiful New Forest, nice heated outdoor swimming pool.

I thought it was an excellent value break for a family with young children, with a lovely pool, and also the childrens club that had a great variety of activities.

I would certainly recommend this holiday to my friends and family the cleanliness of this site was perfect. The shop was well stocked and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the wildlife seen from my lodge. Really excellent. Well done Hoseasons.

Despite it being a huge site, it was barely visible from the road and therefore not an eyesore. We didn't feel over-crowded and were able to have an extremely peaceful (much needed) break with our family. Facilities were excellent and the staff in the well-stocked shop were very friendly and reminiscent of times-past!

Accommodation was good and the swimming pool. Changing rooms and the pool facilities were very clean.

Shorefields is a wonderful friendly holiday resort which is ideally located for exploring the New Forest and IOW. The accommodation is first class and the staff are very helpful. We had such a wondeful time at Shorefield in Downton, Dorset that our son didn't want to go home!

I would recommend a holiday at Shorefield Park where the accommodation and facilities are excellent. We used the well equipped gym whilst there and one of the trainers gave us an excellent induction on how to use all the different equipment. The on site shop is excellent with a wide variety of stock from general groceries to toys games and DVD'S as well as a well stocked wine section. We found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful and will definitely be going again.

Extremely good value and a fantastic break for this time of year. Facilities excellent and no need to venture outside because of this. The whole site was spotless and well kept. Log cabin very, very comfortable. Will now make this an annual break. Thank you.

We visited Shorefield and were very impressed with the way you encourage and manage wildlife on the site. It?s a beautiful setting and we would like to return for that reason. We liked the nature information centre.

The lodges were very nice & secluded, would be lovely in the summer with the large veranda & patio doors. We will certainly book again in the future. Great value for money.

We had a 3 night break in October at Shorefield Country Park. We took our 2 young grandchildren of 3 years and 20months old and we all had a lovely time. The 4 bedroom Milton Lodge was clean and we there was plenty of room for the children to play both indoors and on the verandah. We loved this experience and will definitely come again. Thank you.

A smaller camp offers the personal touch, the staff were very friendly and the girls running the kids club ensured that our kids had a brilliant time. The facilities were good and the place did not seem overcrowded.

The site itself was wonderful, lots to entertain the children even in bad weather such as the week we have just had!! If only the sun had of been out and we could have used the outdoor pool and done the climbing wall! The onsite facilities at the clubhouse are really good and the Cheers bar dining was very much enjoyed by us. The children's entertainers work so hard to make the children happy and to make sure they have a good time.

The location was great, close to the beach, the children enjoyed the playground and swimming. The holiday park felt safe and secure.

Lovely site with good parking so much to see and do in the local area and further afield had my 90 year old mother in law with me she joined in all the activities and had a great time as everyone was so kind and friendly.

Fabulous location in the countryside, was there a week and still didnt manage to explore all the area. Fishing lake was fantastic and we caught lots of fish. Evening entertainment for the children was great, the entertainers work extremely hard.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was like a home from home, we would, without a doubt, book another holiday with you.

the sign for park is only on one side so coming from the other direction you miss it, it is not lit up on an evening so again hard to see. The caravan was apparently luxury but actually very basic.

One night at the kiddies entertainment they had a very good magic/puppet show. Our children really enjoyed it.

We came to our site for a large family gathering to celebrate a couple of long wedding anniversaries. It was perfect as family members of all ages could walk between and meet at each others lodges. We talked with each other and caught up with family members not seen in years. In the long run it was cheaper than an evening hired hall party. We were able to hear ourselves speak, no loud music. Our party lasted four days and we didn't annoy the neighbours either. People were at their leisure and it was very much enjoyed by all. Some are even planning to come back for another break and enjoy the countryside.

I would heartily recommend this holiday for anyone with a dog. There are plenty of places to walk and the beaches are dog friendly. There are also places to eat where you can sit outside with your dog. All the normal facilities are available but the reason that I chose this holiday was because I hoped that it would be suitable for my dog and it didn't disappoint.

We had a lovely weekend break in early February and were very impressed with the facilities and the Milford lodge we stayed in. The lodge was well equipped and presented and most importantly, warm! The kids (8 and 10) thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, as did we, and the quiet and pretty location had an abundance of wildlife including barn owls, woodpeckers, rabbits and squirrels.

This was our first family holiday in a Hoseasons lodge and the whole experience was brilliant. The quality of accommodation high and the facilities perfect for a family holiday with young children. I was very impressed and not disappointed at all.

If you need a relaxing, stress free short break you can't do any better than a lodge at Shorefield. Spotless and well equipped - real value for money. Having returned to Shorefield after a 21 year gap we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and relaxation of our off-peak break. We will most certainly be returning again.

I would recommend Shorefield Country Park as it was an extremely clean and well maintained park with excellent facilities for all ages. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and have already asked us when we will be going again!

Shorefields was a very well presented site with lots of amenities to cater for all ages. Although the site was very large it is well layed out for easy access to all facilities. There is just a short walk through the forest to the excellent view across the sea.

I would recommend this park as it was very clean,tidy and log cabins are outstanding!! You can do as much or as little as you want. We felt it was lovely and quiet in the warren park and just felt at home. We would recommend this to all our friends.

We thought Shorefields was a lovely location for both couples and families, young and old, ideal for everyone. Although we didn't explore the Park it looked very nice from what we did see. We were amazed at our log cabin and didn't know we would have a four poster bed, the kitchen was very well equipped and the surroundings were very peaceful, close to beach and easy to get to shops etc.

This was an excellent holiday and a wonderful resort. We will certainly look to come back to this resort again.
