This holiday was great, I was really impressed with the standard of accommodation, the bungalows were really well furnished with good quality furniture. The club was good as was the entertainment, overall it was a really good value for money holiday, can't wait to go back again.

Despite the bad weather, there was still plenty to do on the Isle of Wight. The quality of the accommodation and park was excellent once again - I have no doubt that we'll return to Rookley Park for a third time.

Lovely Holiday Park. Great location. Can recommend the onsite pub and chip shop. Really nice bungalow with private hot tub. Very well equipped kitchen.

I'd really recommend this park to anyone...however that would be giving away a secret perhaps I should be keeping to myself. Once everyone finds out how great it is everyone will want to go!

A great base to visit the Isle of Wight, centrally located you can be at either side of the island in 30 - 40 minutes. Caravans are very well equipped and clean bedding is supplied on arrival. Visit the Chequers Inn in Rookley for a great carvery and the on site fish and chip shop is lovely too.

Rookley Countrey Park, on the Isle of Wight, is the best kept Caravan site that we've ever been to. It's in a quiet Lakeside setting where a few fishermen are enjoying the calm surroundings. The caravan itself was absolutely spotless (the glasses shone) The food in the restaurant was very good, and cheaper than a fish and chip meal. The staff are genuine and friendly. And it is central to all the most wonderful sights and Beaches. I would (and have done) highly recommend this site.

The accommodation was very new and clean and it was great that the twin room had proper sized beds. Also, very convenient for getting to every part of the island.

We needed an inexpensive getaway after a stressful few months, and with the price I expected things to be a bit shabby but they were excellent. We had a wonderful time and the children keep asking when we're going back! We had a fantastic family holiday!

Rookley Country Park was an excellent place to stay, especially for families.
We arrived at our 2 bedroom bungalow and whilst I was unloading our bags from the car I could hear my wife saying "wow". The accommodation was superb. We ate at the restaurant on site a few times and the food was excellent. The location of the park was great for visiting all aspects of the island. We loved it here and would certainly go back.

Central location on the Island makes for ease of travel to attractions. Fishing kept my husband happy while I chilled out.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Isle of Wight to anybody and Rookley is an ideal place for easy access to all the island.

Rookley Country Park - I would highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed in one of the 2 bed bungalows and it was fantastic. Will definitely be booking another holiday in this park. Fabulous!!!

This park is a fishermans dream with 4 lakes, and accommodation a stones throw from them.

I would recommend it which is what I have already done. I've told all my other family that didn't come, plus, all my friends. It was so easy to get to everywhere, it seemed to be in the middle of the Island, and the entertainment was brilliant. This is a very good park for those who want to relax in lovely surroundings, have a good night out with the kids, and explore the Isle of Wight. The park is central to the island and its attractions, with great bus links to Newport and Shanklin - both of these places having the routes to everywhere else! I really enjoyed my holiday and will book with Hoseasons next year.

This site is excellent, the facilities are really good for adults and children. The accommodation is very clean and modern and everything is provided. There are some lovely walks on the site around the lakes. The restaurant is lovely and the food good value. The view from the patio restaurant is lovely. Central position on the island is convenient for touring.

The kids entertainment was great, we saw a magician and went to the disco! Our daughters (2 and 5) loved it.

The Park itself is very clean and well kept Restaurant and bar first class, as is the on-site fish and chip shop. Especially enjoyed returning from a day out to enjoy a drink sitting outside watching the children on playground, playing golf, etc. etc..!!

The park was really nice, an impressive bar area and lots of facilities to use. The location is very near to Newport and there is a convenience store open till late literally yards from the park entrance. The central location helps you get around to see everything, so overall very nice!

Very friendly site, comfortably the best I have stayed on in the UK. I came here as a child 25 years ago and have been back with my own family twice since. Brilliant for the kids, lots to do with safe play areas and the indoor/outdoor pools are an absolute bonus. Will certainly be coming back again!!

Rookley Park is a fantastic park to stay at, it is very clean and the bungalows are fantastic and fitted to a very high standard. The staff are excellent, especially the evening entertainment team, we had a great holiday and can't wait to visit again!

We were very comfortable and impressed with the bungalow and with the standard that it was kitted out. It was private and was supplied with thoughtful little extras. The park has a good selection of facilities and in lovely surroundings. We would be very happy to be able to retire in such a place and wish to send more time there. We have recommended Rookley Park to family and friends.

The park was in a good location close to amenities(with car), plenty to do for all ages ,excellent accomodation, club house, restaurant etc high quality surroundings, holiday was enjoyed by all, we would definitely go again.

It is a brilliant location being very close to Newport, and we were able to get around most of the island really easily without having our own transport. We didn't make much use of the sites facilities because there is just so much to do on the island, but if we'd had any bad weather it was great having the indoor pool and other facilities. I also recommend people take a good map with footpaths as there is plenty of walks on the island and it's wonderful to just walk to somewhere for the day across the countryside with its mind blowing views and abundant wildlife.

We love Rookley, been more than once... Our son is a keen fisherman, so having two fishing lakes made his holiday complete. Very quiet site, with really friendly staff, that are happy to help. The park and accommodation are very clean and kept very tidy... Fantastic holiday had by all..

This is one of the best holiday parks that we have stayed on. The children's entertainment was much better than experienced anywhere else, and it had a very friendly atmosphere. We will probably return there next year as we enjoyed it so much.

Nice clean site, accommodation was excellent (premium) had freeview box and also a proper freezer in the kitchen. Ideal for a lovely evening walk round the site and also a supermarket within walking distance of the site .

We have been here 2 years running now,and plan on coming back next year.We don't drive,but there is a bus stop just down the road.Newport isn't far away,and you can get a bus from there to anywhere.Highly recommended.

There caravans are immaculate and the park is clean and very tidy. The fishing facilities are good and the ponds are well stocked, we definitely enjoyed ourselves.

The 2 bedroom bungalow we stayed in was fantastic. It had a fully equipped kitchen so we were able to self cater and a lovely whirlpool bath to relax in after a day travelling around the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the holiday park is within easy driving distance to all the main attractions.

I would recommend this holiday as it is situated in beautiful grounds with beautiful lakes that you can fish in. Also there seems to be entertainment for all ages just within the park itself which I find is the main factor of the holiday.
