Good value accommodation but we were surprised it seemed to be in the middle of a retail park, with no nice walks. Although we only used it as a base, I was disappointed with the surroundings and it was near the main road which was noisy, even at night. In summary, clean park and accommodation. Good to use as a base for sightseeing in the area.

Very close to Bognor and Chichester. Useful amenities within easy reach. An hour from Brighton and Portsmouth. Caravan was superb. Spotless on arrival. Staff very quick and polite when attending to problem with baby cot. Would recommend Riverside to anyone!

It is a nice and well kept park. The Goodwood caravan has good comfort, like 2 toilets, central heating and a perfect shower.

The caravan was really nice and clean and we even got a welcome pack in the caravan. We couldn't have asked for a better time, the entertainment was brilliant and the staff were fabulous. My boyfriend and myself got engaged in Arundal Cathedral which was the best day of our lives so far! It was a fantastic holiday and we would definitely come back next year!

You could tell this was a family run park as it has been a long time since we have been to a park and received complimentary items for example, tea and coffe sachets, washing liquid, antibac,cloths and bathroom items. It was really nice to have a drink when we arrived after our long drive, in fact I can't remember having these things in a caravan before, it was a lovely surprise.

we had our holiday in dawlish warren welcome family park, there is a lot to do and see every thing to take kids to is a short drive and train station on the doorstop for caravan site. the club is very entertaining from 0 - 100

Good value mini break - better than trying to find four hotel rooms on a bank-holiday week-end at the start of a half team school break which we found prohibitively expensive - the caravan was our solution - excellent!

It was very good value for money, the caravan we had booked was modern and had everything we wanted. It was clean and decorated beautifully, it was situated right near the club and the children's play area was right outside it. I would recommend this holiday for those seeking a week break away with the family.

A very peaceful and clean park. It is very close to the local supermarket and the seafront, and all the big named shops are in the town. September is a lovely time to recover from the trials of the summer - so come and have a rest, you will enjoy it!

My stepson (10) absolutely loved every second of our break - there was so much for him to do and the secure park meant we didn't have to constantly worry - we knew he was old enough to find his way back to reception should he need any help at all. The outdoor and indoor pools were of a very high standard and it was really nice to see so many members of staff constantly attending to the parks grounds. Our caravan looked like brand new and it was so clean inside. I never expected such high standards and was pleasantly surprised. The entertainment was fantastic too - I've even converted my husband to bingo! I could not ask for more value for money - thank you!

Accommodation was very clean, modern and comfortable on the whole. Tea/ coffee sachets were a nice and welcome when we arrived. The park was a good size without being too big and the facilities were very good. Clean pool, good size club room with good entertainment. A Tesco/ petrol station at the side of the site was very useful as well.

The staff are so helpful and polite, and the park and the caravan were immaculate. It is close to Bognor and Littlehampton so due to the location we were able to go out and about everyday, yet still be within easy reach of the park. A fab park for all ages and I would highly recommend it to family and friends. Everything from start to finish was outstanding - it scores 100%.

The caravan was clean, great kitchen area and very spacious.
Staff were helpful and friendly, and the evening entertainment including bingo and quizzes among other things was great for people of all ages.
The caravan park is situated right next to a Tesco 24hr superstore which was a bonus, and several other major retail outlets.
Excellent value for money, would go there again.

Quiet Park with 3 lovely pools, there was a new cafe that was having finishing touches which will be a bonus and there was a Tesco supermarket 5 min walk away which was handy. The caravan we had was an Arundel Plus, it was very clean and modern. The flower beds around the park were well kept and looked pretty. We went into a lounge bar next to the reception which was very nicely furnished, we had a lovely holiday here and would not hesitate to go again.

We love caravan holidays and we have been to quite a lot of parks, this is a good site. Bingo at night is brilliant and the caravan was great. Outside you got all the fast food restaurants, and most of the big name shops in two or three industrial parks, which is very handy, and Tesco is a two minute walk. Also lots to do in surrounding areas especially Arundel, its like walking back in time, TRY IT.

My grandchildren & i booked to stay at Riverside Caravan Park for an Easter break for four nights. The caravan only had heating in the living/kitchen area, there was no heating in any of the three bedrooms so it was very, very, cold!! The seating in the living room was very worn, we had a very old television with a freeview box which had no remote, only for the old television. No dvd player. The curtains were falling apart & the shower was always dripping after you had a shower!! The caravan needed up dating & it was very, very, cold, i thought all caravans had heating in all rooms?? My grandchildren & i, their ages are 10yrs, 6yrs, 2&half yrs would not stay at Riverside Caravan Park again!!

I have already started recommending family and friends because this is the first UK holiday I have taken where I haven't been counting down the days to get home, or even have left early. Myself and my party did not want to leave as we had such a nice relaxing holiday.

The park itself was lovely and the caravan we had was larger than expected. The pools were lovely and clean and so was the childrens play park. The entertainment room was large and we always got a seat, although it was August and busy, there was plenty of room. The Rascals room was good for the kids to enjoy party games and music too.

Good family park within nicely landscaped grounds. It was a very secure park, and you didn't hear any traffic, there was the convenience of a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Great entertainment, facilities and excellent value for money!

The park suited us very well, it wasn't too busy so we felt it was safe for the children to go out to the play area and ride their bikes without close supervision. The ground staff worked hard keeping everything neat and tidy but not starting at the crack of dawn.

Riverside is very well mantained, spotlessly clean and our caravan (Arundel Plus) was to a very high standard. The indoor and outdoor pools were very good as was the evening entertainment provided. A very good base for exploring the South East - Brighton is less than an hours drive, and Littlehampton (a lovely place to go) is only 20 minutes away. I would definitely recommend it!

The caravan caters for all and is comfortable, practical and spacious. Ideal for a short break to enjoy the seaside and also within reach of the Rose Bowl cricket ground and Arundel cricket and festival. The park is restful and is conveniently next to a Tesco supermarket !

We just returned from a long weekend at The Riverside Caravan Park in Bognor Regis. The main reason for our stay was for our husbands to attend the Goodwood Festival Of Speed, so this was an ideal location for this daily commute. For myself and my mother-in-law the location of the park was great to travel to Bognor, Chichester and Brighton, so we had a fab time! The park itself is spotless, beautiful bedding/borders and hanging baskets everywhere, friendly staff and a really nice feeling about the place. I would highly recommend this to anybody who wants a nice relaxing break and a base to travel out and about in West Sussex.
