We had a fantastic week at Broadland Sands. It was peaceful, clean and thoroughly enjoyable. The weather was great so we were able to make full use of the fab outdoor heated pool. The evenings were brilliant with cash bingo and childrens entertainment.

An excellent park for the children, the entertainments staff went out of their way to ensure the children had a good time in the evenings and when they're happy, we're happy! The food in the cafe was really good and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

A 2nd vist to the park at corton near great yarmouth, with a local bus service out side the park. anice laid out park ,nice staff very helpfull. 4 years ago our first vist ,nice to go back .

Good entertainment for children and adults, shop close with the bus stop, it helped a lot to visit around. My children had a great time, sure will go again next year. Good place for a family holiday.

The location was lovely. It was so good to look out from our caravan and have a sea view. The accommodation was of a very high standard and we enjoyed having some quality family time there.

This is the third year we have been on one of your holidays to various locations and camps. I do not have a bad word to say about any of them, fantastic holidays and we will definitely be holidaying with hoseasons in the near future, thanks for some wonderful memories.

Highly recommended. The park is in a good location - near to the seaside, themeparks, Broads etc. The caravan was very clean and close to amenities, and all staff were very welcoming and friendly. There was lots on site for the kids to do - beach, playpark, crazy golf etc - overall excellent!

Lovely clean site, caravans immaculate, beautiful sea views, entertainment very good for children, food in restuarant very good, we had surprise breakfast for my parents anniversary there was 8 of us and they were brilliant. We will be coming back again soon.

This is a great place for the whole family. It was relaxed and not too much in your face. Would definitely visit again. Entertainment staff were fantastic and made the evenings fun for all of us.

The tennis facilities were excellent as was the location of the beach and proximity to Great Yarmouth.

Fantastic location of the park meant it was close to all the attractions around the east of Norfolk. Great kids entertainment in the evenings and very clean caravans. Would definately go back again!

What an outstanding place! WOW! We had a very nice time and we miss being there, the kids loved it, as did we all! A very quiet, peaceful place with beautiful views and lots to do locally! The food was very nice, the bar staff were pleasant, and overall it was a lovely place - we will be coming back for sure!

A lovely park, quiet but close enough to Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and the Broads. There is a bus stop right outside the park if you want to leave the car and use public transport. Great beaches are nearby, the accommodation was first class, very clean and modern and there is a nice play park for children, lots of open space for playing plus crazy golf, tennis, golf, an open air swimming pool and an amusement arcade. There was also a launderette on site which we didn't use. We ate in the restaurant once, the food was nice and you got a decent portion. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this park and would use it again if holidaying in the region.

We would recommend this area for a wonderful holiday, not only was the accommodation excellent but the area had loads to do and some beautiful scenery to see.

Me and my other half would like to recommed this holiday to others because the accommodation is lovely, the views were spectacular and the swimming pool, tennis, golf etc were amazing and kept both of us occupied. The area was gorgeous, the staff on the park were very helpful and the restuarant food was beautiful - we couldn't ask for more of a holiday.

It was a last minute booking and we were so pleased. The caravan was absolutely fine (Broadland Silver 8). The 2 tennis courts are very good and our children really enjoyed the evening entertainment (children and adult! - thanks Dale!). Nice, small(ish) and relatively quiet park which suited us fine. The pool closed the day before our arrival, but looked good. We came up from Chelmsford and stopped at Southwold on the way. On the Sunday we drove to BeWilderwood, which is a treehouse adventure park.......fab for children and adults alike (about a 40 minute drive), and very close to the Broads if you wanted to stop for lunch/dinner and a boat trip!!

Easy to find, the whole park was clean and tidy, and close to local tourist attractions - I would definitely book here again!

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and the park had great facilities to guarantee an action packed week. I stayed for a mid week autumn break and it was an ideal location for enjoying walks along the coast, watching dusk settle and ending a perfect day with a delicious meal and a refreshing drink in the gallery restaurant. If you want an out of season, reasonably priced gettaway, without the hassle of airports - this is an ideal option!

Broadland Sands very nice, small camp. Friendly, helpful staff. Entertainment every night in the club house. VERY good value for money. Short drive to Yarmouth and lots of attractions, so location excellent. We will be going back!!!

For a couple or a family to just get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, this holiday park is tailor made for you. Corton is in close proximity to so many places be it the buzz of Great Yarmouth or Lowestoft or the tranquillity of Bungay, Beccles or the Broads. The pool is splendid and never too overcrowded and the cleanliness and fantastic upkeep of the whole site is second to none. I thoroughly recommend this site to anyone who likes a slower pace of life while on their holidays.

I would definitely recommend this holiday, and in fact all of the other ones we have been on with you throughout the country, because basically they are very good value, the parks and accommodation are very good and are usually situated in areas where there is lots to do and see, ie lots of entertainment.

The van was incredible, spotless and really fully equipped it had everything and more that we needed. The ease of using the park and ride to York was to be recommended.

Fantastic location and excellent value for money. Children loved the swimming pool, especially the flume and the entertainment for children was excellent. Caravan was second to none. Definitely will go to Broadlands Sands again.

A very relaxed park with warm and welcoming staff. Accommodation was of an expected standard for this type of holiday. Amenities such as Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft were within close range, however you could spend all your hoilday relaxing on the park and taking lovely cliff top walks to sandy beaches. We will be definitely coming back.

The staff were outstandingly friendly and the entertainment staff for both children and adults were excellent. The entertainment staff spoke to us on a number of occasions and were very good with my youngest child - I would definitely return!

The entertainment for the children are excellent, we visited Broadland Sands last year and my granddaughter enjoyed it so much we simply had to take her there again this year.

The staff were very welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to know, the cleaners did a great job and all of the facilities that we used were safe and worth doing. The park is set in a lovely location between Yarmouth and Lowestoft town, and the shop on site was helpful, even though a large supermarket is close by. Nothing could really improve my holiday - Iv'e been to the park for years and every year it gets better! We had a lovely time.

I would definitely, and already have, recommended this site to my friends and family. It was located perfectly between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft and there was lots to do around this area. We decided at the last minute to go on a 5 day short break with Hoseasons. There were initial concerns, e.g. we hadn't been to the park before, also we were taking our 15 year old, so was there going to enough for him to do? We had a great time at Broadland Sands, the holiday park was immaculate, the facilities were great for both our 15 year old and 11 year old. The weather was thankfully in our favour and the boys took great advantage of the outdoor pool and tennis courts. In easy reach of Great Yarmouth for shopping as well!

Lovely accommodation and location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent children's entertainer called Tim who made our son's holiday! A great place for children to play - the play areas are very good. Our 9year old son wants to come back!......so do we many, thanks to everyone.

For the price we paid, I didn't really expect the accomodation to be that great and came prepared with all sorts of cleaning equipment. I was extremely pleased to find that it was spotless when we arrived and the quality of the caravan was well above any other we have had.

The park is quiet and close to places to go for the day . there is a chinese restaurant just out side the park.it is about 15 minutes walk into town with a market on friday ,sunday,tuesday.

I don't really think there was any way in which the holiday could be improved. My partner thought it was the best he'd ever had, and we have taken holidays (more than once a year) for the past 12/13 years. I am also considering booking the same park later in the year with a combination of immediate/extended family or friends.

What a lovely place to stay. Friendly staff, great location and it doesn't break the bank either!! Little one loved the kids entertainment in the evening, and being just on the beach was perfect for an evening stroll. Loads to see and do in nearby Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, with more places to visit within a half an hour drive. Great location for lots of different days out, but enough to keep us occupied onsite if we fancied it. Would certainly go again but in the summertime so that we can make the most of the great beaches!

Stayed at Broadland Sands Holiday Park at Easter 2008. The park is very nice, quite a good size. The entertainment staff were brilliant, entertainment was good and they were very good with the children. Not much to do during the day which is a shame and the swimming pool is outside which does not open until May - but obviously weather permitting. Would recommend for a long weekend.

Quiet and relaxed holiday park with easy routes to the main attractions. Friendly staff and excellent food in the La Jardin cafe bar. I would recommend this holiday for anybody looking to get away from it all but with all the facilities and attractions close at hand.

Overall its a good family holiday plenty to do on the camp and even more off site, easy enough to get to if you have your own transport, and most attractions are only a couple of miles away!

I would recommend the site as it is ideally located for travel to both Suffolk and Norfolk. It's a smaller, quiet park where you are able to relax and/or explore the area. Definite value for money with good quality accommodation and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
