The staff were very friendly and helpful, the play area was nice and varied for the children and it was also fantastic to have a centrally heated caravan. We look forward to returning to the park in the future as we enjoyed a lovely family holiday!

The Pine Lodge was fantastic accommodation for us. The Park had removed a bed to accommodate a travel cot in one of the bedrooms which was perfect. The travel cot was brand new as was the high chair. The children's playground, soft play and swimming pool made for excellent on-site facilities. The fish and chips in the takeaway are fantastic!

It's a lovely quiet park, easy to find and near to most places to sightsee.

Quite a few families there but still peaceful and the communal areas were spotless. Our dog went with us and there was a "doggy walk area".

A lovely park very family orientated. The entertainment and bar finished at a good time which did not disturb anybodys sleep by noisy people arriving back in the early hours . The staff were very friendly and helpful and I have already started to consider another holiday here.

It was the best value holiday we have ever had. Great accommodation with everything we needed. Plenty for my active 3 year old to do. Beautiful location. Plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. What more can you ask for?

The whole family had a fantastic holiday and the park was fantastically located for lots of beautiful places and superb walks. The accommodation was a real home from home and we would happily have stayed for longer. We have already recommended this park and Hoseasons to all of our friends and family and will continue to do so, and we very much hope to go back ourselves very soon as well!

This was a very clean friendly family holiday, well worth what we paid. The scenery was lovely and although it was close to a bypass you couldn't hear the road at all. We would definitely go again

An excellent location for touring East Devon and the surrounding area. A good choice of accommodation, and a friendly, peaceful park with wonderful views over surrounding countryside, yet within minutes of reaching major roads. Good amenities and facilities, and it was great occupying a caravan with heating throughout if one required it. Our holiday overall was excellent value for money and we will certainly return in the near future!

Since returning from our holiday in Newlands I have already recommended the park to friends and family. Even though we had booked the basic caravan, it was exceptionally clean, tidy, and had plenty of room for a family of 5. The park was very well maintained, the pools were clean, the entertainment was great and the staff were very friendly.

i would recommend this holiday to everyone because it was good value for money there is plenty to see if you are a site seeing person. also if you just want to relax then the accommodation are excellent so this could be any type of holiday you want it to be.

This was a brilliant site, well maintained and the facilities were second to none.
The staff were always helpful, they were always jolly. The food and service at the local club were brilliant and good value for money. The entertainment, catered for all ages. There were lots of things for children, park and swimming. The location was great and the views spectacular. Access to the site and surrounding area was very good.

I highly recommend Newlands Campsite. The facilities were excellent, especially the children's play area and indoor pool which we used a lot with our three year old. We had a fantastic week away and would certainly stay at Newlands again of we are down in Dorset.

Newlands Park is in a lovely location, close to the sandy beach at Charmouth and near to lots of other places to visit including beaches, gardens, coast walks and pretty towns and villages.

A beautiful area of the country to visit and with two boys this was the ideal place for them to go and explore. Great for fossil hunting, a good beach and we had a lovely time in Lyme Regis!

Good for taking the young grandchildren who loved the soft play, playground and swimming pool. Not enough time to make use of clubs and too tired for evening entertainment. Their swimming improved immensely and they refused to come out of the pool - average time 2 hours + each day!

Such a great Holiday. We had a fantastic view across to Lyme Regis and could see all around Charmouth. The Dog excersize area was great too with more great views. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. The same goes for the Jaccuzzi. Staff were pleasant and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome by the campsite and also the locals in the village. A great place to stay. Would love to visit again one day.

I would definitely recommend this park, it is convinient to nearby beaches, the caravan was clean, bright and spacious and the facilities on site were excellent. We had a very enjoyable holiday and will be returning again!

If you are looking for a small, friendly park to have a relaxing holiday in then this is it. The staff were so helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The park was beautifully clean, as were all of the facilities.

Everything was as described in the information given on the website and also in the information brochure, the staff were all very welcoming and helpful and the price was just right. The gardens surrounding the site are well maintained. Very clean and tidy. The apartment was equipped with everything one needed. The TV also had freeview, which is a bonus if you have a youngsters in tow. The staff were friendly, the bar well stocked and an excellent menu. What more could one ask for.

We found the staff to be very open and friendly. They were very informative, always ready to advise or comment on places to visit and about the park in general. They always had bright cheery smiles which made for a very pleasant holiday.

There was too much to do in the area for one week. Membership of English Heritage opens even more doors (even temporary membership available for non-UK residents). The sandy beach at Cobb (Lyme Regis) is a gem, that is worth getting to early for a parking space.

The scenery is wonderful, you don't need to use your car as you can take the coastal bus for a more enjoyable and relaxing journey.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Newland Park and would recommend it to couples as well as families. We stayed in a Dorset King caravan and were very pleased with the comfort and layout of the accommodation. Our caravan had a patio area with table and chairs for outside dining or just relaxing. The park is set in a beautiful rural setting with fantastic views and the village of Charmouth is just a short walk from site. The staff were very helpful and friendly and reception had a good supply of visitor information. Overall we would highly recommend this park.

It was great value for money, the staff were helpful and attentive when spoken to, the in house entertainment was excellent - we stayed all the way through Inpulse's act even though we just stopped in. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were lovely.

The campsite was wonderful. The views across the valley were rural and green and serene and it made a good holiday better. The staff were attentive but not pushy, helpful, well mannered and cheerful.

When I arrived at Newlands Holiday Park it was not what I expected at all. The caravan was spotless throughout. The dog run area is an absolutely fantastic idea it was wonderful to have somewhere save to exercise my dogs especially as I don't have this luxury at home. The local beach were beautiful and not touristy at all (which I prefer!). There is also a fabulous butchers where you can get your sausage egg and bacon for breakfast in the morning!

This is a very well family run park with friendly and efficient staff. The indoor pool is a lovely temperature, and although we no longer have small children the childrens enjoyment of their disco evening was a delight. The on site shop was very friendly, the prices were very reasonable and the fresh french bread and croissants were to die for - well at least to get up early for!

The lodge was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The park was well laid out, the pool was amazing, the soft play was a great addition, food in the bar was fabulous and reasonably priced, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Strathyre Forest cabins, absolutely breathtaking scenery, staff were amazing and the cabins are just wonderful, I would recomend this holiday to anyone that's if we don't beat you to it, we're definitely going back.

A lovely break on a well maintained park in beautiful and scenic Dorset. Our caravan was clean, well presented with sweeping views over the countryside. Close to Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast it was great for exploring, adults and children loved it and we will definitely return to this area!

If you have children then this is the ideal place to stay as it is a relaxing holiday with excellent views and plenty to do, if you are more interested in visiting places than sitting on a beach. The staff at the Park are very helpful and are always willing to help at any time of day. Charmouth itself is a lovely peaceful place to be and I would recommend this sort of relaxing holiday to anyone.

A fabulous location - Charmouth beach is idyllic and only a short walk away. Good daytime activities for children, in particular the magican, the majorette session and the pottery painting session were extremely popular and well done.

We took our two grandsons who loved the swimming pool and particularly the outdoor play area which they spent hours on trying to stand up and balance while it moved, I'm afraid i fell off, much to their amusement!
