I cannot recommend this park highly enough. I have been on a number of Hoseasons holidays and this was by far the best. The caravan was immaculate and the park was attractively laid out and well-maintained. The location was excellent and I found the staff very friendly. I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!!!

A lovely, quiet park near to the sea with good dog walk close by and very friendly and helpful staff.

For a restful holiday it is highly recommended. There are plenty of places of interest to visit, easy access to golf clubs and the staff on site are very helpful.

It was a lovely place to visit and very clean and quiet.
Very pleasant for a quiet break. Lots of walking, gardens and beaches.
A good, quiet park in the country, yet only 3 miles from Ayr with good shopping facilities and very good, clean, sandy beaches (parking free on the sea front). Also close to Girvan and Largs for days out.

I would recommend Luce Bay Holiday Park if you wish to have a peaceful holiday. The park is lovely and quiet, the views spectacular, and the staff are helpful, yet unobtrusive. I felt very relaxed after spending a week in this beautiful holiday park. There is an old coaching inn just outside the park if you wish a meal (or pint)....but check first, because food is not served every day. There are plenty of days out to enjoy if you so wish. Stranraer is a gorgeous little town with a fabulous chinese restaurant (The Hong Kong City). It's about 18 miles from the park, but well worth the drive. Port William is a quaint little town about 9 miles from the park. There are several places to eat out at, and it's a lovely place to walk around. Staying put on the park is another great option, for you never get fed-up drinking in the lovely view and partaking of the wonderful fresh air. I will go back to this park....I just loved its quiet, laid-back, restful ambience.

Could not fault the site, very quiet and relaxing, everywhere was so clean and tidy a credit to the staff. The views and the scenery were magnificent, plenty of places to visit with lots of history, would recommend this site and area of Scotland to all.

The site was immaculate, tranquil and the log cabin overlooked the sea - fabulous and stunning views.
So peaceful. Lovely beach nearby. Pub closeby which does good meals and has entertainment if desired. No amusement arcades so save money! No noice late at night from others returning from clubs. Lovely part of Scotland for sightseeing.

A lovely peaceful site. Top quality accommodation. Very helpful staff who are willing to go that extra mile to help out when needed, a great holiday. I will go back again without a doubt.
Lovely relaxing site with stunning views over bay. Caravans modern with up to date fixtures and fittings. Easy travelling distance from places of interest and towns for shopping etc.
The lodge accommodation is fantastic!
A beautiful lodge in a very impressive clean park right on the sea front. Ideal for a quiet get away and the owners were vey helpful and friendly.

We spent a week on this lovely tranquil park and ended up buying a caravan there, you can't get a better recommendation than that! The park is small, quiet, friendly and well maintained. The beach is mostly pebbles and the sea is very clean looking, great for walking our two dogs. Sometimes the only sound heard on the park was the sea. If you are looking for peace and beautiful sea views this is the place for you.
There was plenty of places to visit and quite a few pubs and cafes accepted dogs, which again was very useful.

I would recommend this site as it was lovely and quiet, if you want a nice peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Many holiday parks could learn from the attention to detail offered by Luce Bay. On arrival all the beds were made; there was soap, towel and loo paper in the shower room; there was tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen and even a plastic liner in the waste bin. The warden (sadly didn't get her name) gave us a guided tour of our accommodation and showed us how to work the central heating. Excellent customer care!
Very nice site, very quiet, lots of places to visit and staff very helpful. For the peace & tranquillity I would recommend the site.
Simply stylish, comfortable and very relaxing!
We were met, shown around our lodge and left with complimentry tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a packet of Scottish shortbread. There was someone on duty 24/7 and the lodge, views, site etc were perfect. We couldn't recommend it more highly.
Lovely clean, friendly site in scenic surroundings. Ideal for relaxing break.

Ideal for a quiet and peaceful holiday.
A superb get away from it all, with unbelievable views across the bay but don't tell everyone! The lack of visitors is what makes the place special!
This immaculately kept site is a credit to the Management & Staff's effort to maintain very high standards. Quiet location but well placed as a base to visit a beautiful part of Scotland. First visit but won't be the last.
This is a great place for peace and quiet and lovely views.
No problems and would definitely go back.

We stayed as a family at this park with 3 young children and would definitely recommend it for a peaceful family holiday. The scenery was amazing, the staff were helpful and the lodge was beautiful. It made a good base for exploring the local area with the village of Glen Luce nearby if you need something that the reasonably priced site shop didn't stock. Highly recommended from the whole family!
Luce Bay is in a beautiful location, we upgraded to a lodge and it was well worth the money. Plenty to see and do in the area even when it's raining.
An excellant location, right beside the waters edge.
A very relaxing holiday, a beautiful location and great accommodation. Altogether a holiday to remember!
Lovely friendly site, wonderful view out to sea from caravan, shop stocked the basics and small local pub served food at reasonable price.
Friendly staff, lovely location, quiet and peaceful holiday.
I would definately recommend the Luce Bay Holiday Park for numerous reasons including the location, views, staff and the accommodation itself. This is what caravanning is all about; peace and quiet, somewhere lovely to relax and forget about everything back home - bliss!!!
Lovely views overlooking Luce Bay, very peaceful and relaxing.

Luce Bay is a lovely little holiday park that is very peaceful and clean. The staff are helpful, yet unobtrusive, and the whole air of the park is one of relaxation.
There is a launderette and on-site shop which stocks the basics, so if you are going for a week or more, I would take some food with you. There is an old coaching inn just outside the park which is good for a meal, but always check first as they don't do hot food everyday. In fact most restaurants in the surrounding area are closed on a Monday. Stranraer is about a 20 minute drive from the park and is worth a visit, for it has a lovely laid-back, unhurried feel to the town that is wonderful to enjoy. There is also a great Chinese restaurant in the town called 'The Hong Kong City' that is well worth a visit, for the food is terrific. Port William is 9 miles from the park and is worth a visit too. It is lovely to have a walk around this gorgeous little town, and you can get a well-cooked meal at 'The Clansman' for a reasonable price.
I enjoyed my stay very much as the lodge I inhabited was clean and comfortable with everything I could need or want.
All in all, I intend to go back....what better recommendation!

Great getaway location, Galloway Forest Park nearby, if you need a relaxing break, this is an excellent choice.
Most enjoyable, very quiet with no road noise.
Lovely and quiet site but plenty of things to do nearby. A real escape.
If you want a holiday to get away from it all and just sit back and relax, this is the one. An amazing part of the world, peace and tranquility with loads to see and do just a short journey away. We will be going back soon !!!
Beautiful location, very near the beach; my daughter and I spent many a happy hour searching for shells and pebbles. The lodge we stayed in was of a high standard. Staff and residents in the other accommodation were very friendly. We really enjoyed our weeks holiday - it was very relaxing.
Very quiet, a good get away from it all and a very well maintained park.
The lodges are well equipped and roomy, making you feel at home. The area is an ideal base for day touring to some beautiful beaches and towns nearby.
We had a fantastic week at Luce Bay Holiday Park. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the staff were very helpful all week. The sea view from the park was stunning and there was plenty of interesting towns and attractions to visit in and around Dumfries and Galloway. We particularly enjoyed Wigtown and the Mull of Galloway.
This was just a beautiful location, very quiet and the cabin was cosy and very comfortable.
Had a great holiday, right by the sea with lovely views from our lodge. Holiday park is in ideal location if you want a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Accommodation was excellent on a well maintained park.
This is a fantastic location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Great views from the caravan on a well maintained, quiet site. This was our first time in this area and will definitely return as there was so much to see and do.
I think this was the best park and the best caravan we have stayed in, and we have stayed in quite a few! The park was really nicely laid out with every caravan having a view of the sea. Every caravan had a balcony with a picnic table and it was lovely to see flowers and shrubs set out around the park and around the caravans and lodges.
A brilliant park for a get away from it all holiday!
