Camping Zilverstrand is located in the Antwerp Kempen region not far from the Belgian-Dutch border. An area with woodland, heath and plenty of water with small rivers and lakes. An ideal place for the whole family, for a long weekend or for a short break. The subtropical swimming pool is open all year with children's pools, whirlpools, bar, underwater jets and a water slide of no less than 65 metres! In good weather there is a natural lake with a sandy beach and a slide for plenty of fun in the water. A special lake is reserved for fishing. The grounds are well maintained with spacious pitches set among the pine trees, excellent sanitation (note the special facilities for children) play equipment and sports facilities. Not to mention the 'Burgundian' style food in the restaurant! You can make lovely cycle rides through the woods. By car you are soon in the local towns of Hoogstraten and Turnhout. How about a day's shopping in Antwerp? You can be there in less than thirty minutes on the motorway via Geel. Nothing will please the kids more than a day at Bobbejaanland theme park or Olmense Zoo!
