| With a superb beach and pool complex on parc and a lively town close by, this is a favourite for families with older children.
The parc itself is picturesquely situated on a steep hillside close to a beautiful sandy cove. In addition to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, it offers you fine views of the Mediterranean from the bar terrace, a good restaurant, excellent take-away, well-stocked supermarket and two excellent pools.
All of the pitches are on terraces, some quite steep, and some with stunning views over the bay of nearby Palamós, and with some enjoying the shade. The superb beach nearby is safely accessible via some quite steep steps and a footbridge over the busy coast road: and there is even a little tractor-train to pick you up around the parc and take you down to the footbridge.
Yet while everything you need is right here in the parc, many people particularly teenagers like to seek out evening entertainment by taking a stroll into the lively and fashionable resort of Playa d’Aro.

| Set amidst mile after mile of gorgeous countryside, Cypsela is a most attractive holiday parc.
Particularly suited to families with young children, this large but exclusive parc is one of Spain’s best. The pool complex is a real showpiece and there are all sorts of sports to enjoy, as well as a wide range of activities organised for children by the ‘Cypsy Club’.
Most of the many amenities are open throughout the season, including a restaurant and relaxing terrace bar, which overlooks one of the children’s play-areas. There is also a weekly disco in low season, with bands and disco nights in peak season, which are always incredibly popular.
A hands-on management style ensures immaculate washing facilities and an orderly parc; however the parc remains relaxed and friendly. Beyond the parc itself are miles and miles of unspoilt countryside and a short drive takes you to the small town of Playa de Pals, where there is a long, sandy beach and small select cafes.

A sandy cove at the foot of the hill is small but beautifully formed, reached via an underpass or on the Cala Gogo's mini-train.
Lively or leisurely days on-site could include waterpolo, aerobics, or a game of tennis or sun soaking on the poolside terraces overlooking the Med.

| Camping Internacional de Calonge is set on a hillside overlooking the sweeping bay of Palamòs. This is a well-run and lively site, with modern facilities and beautiful beach on the doorstep. Our emplacements are located on terraces at the top of the site, separated by small shrubs and with some shade from the mature trees.
In high season, young children will love the tractor train that takes you to the emplacements from the bottom of the site. There is plenty going on to keep the whole family amused, with activities and evening entertainment most days in high season. The pool complex, with two full-sized pools and a separate children’s pool, is surrounded by an extensive terrace. Unwind with a cooling drink from the adjacent bar, and enjoy the superb views of the coast.

| Camping la Siesta is idyllically located close to the beautiful scenery and spectacular beaches of the Costa Brava. The emplacements are scattered amongst mature pine trees, which provide welcome shade from the hot sun.
The facilities are well maintained, and offer something for everyone - the active will enjoy games of volleyball and tennis, while younger children will have hours of fun at the well equipped children’s playground. The main draw however, is the fabulous pool complex. Here, there is ample space to relax on the spacious sun terrace, and two large pools for swimming. As evening falls, most holidaymakers migrate to the bars and restaurant, or head to nearby Calella where there is a wealth of bars and restaurants.
