Parco delle Piscine is absolutely first class and set within a parkland area of the gorgeous Tuscan countryside, in the small town of Sarteano, with its medieval hilltop castle. It’s proven to be immensely popular with our customers. The focal points within the parc itself are the swimming pools and children’s pool which are actually fed by running thermal springwater at a constant 24C. One pool is exclusive to the parc guests and is open from the end of June, whereas the other two are open to the public. You will also find tennis courts and a pool bar that is perfect for long, relaxing evenings. The parc’s central location also puts many of Italy’s most important historical sights close to hand. The camp site is located about 1 km from the sea. Swimming lessons and surfing courses are given. A professional recreation team offers free entertainment: from dance evenings and film shows to sports tournaments. There are playgrounds for the children. Nature lovers and photographers are in for a good time as there are photo safaris through the Cieloverde nature reserve! Many breeds of deer, untamed sheep and other animals live here in the wild.

The toilet block is magnificent and there are special amusingly decorated toilets for children. You can stay in the ultimate luxury and comfort of a SunLodge mobile home at Albatros camp site. In these wonderful surroundings it is great to get out and about, also by bike (which can be rented on the camp site). Or how about minigolf, football or horse riding? The swimming pool complex with different pools now also has an Olympic pool of 15 by 25 metres (1.25 metres deep). Joining onto the complex are halls in Caribbean style. This is where the restaurant, bar and entertainment are housed. New at Park Albatros is the discotheque in bamboo style. Time to put on your dancing shoes!

Campeggio Pappasole is a stunning family camp site on the Tuscan coast, in a lovely part of the province opposite the island of Elba. A footpath will take you the 700 metres from the camp site to the beach. It is a white sandy beach that slopes gently down into the sea. The beach is therefore suitable for small children. Campeggio Pappasole also has a lovely, partly refurbished swimming pool complex on the grounds. There are many renovated sports facilities (e.g. tennis, volleyball, minigolf, sailing courses) and good amenities, including a complete shopping centre with a restaurant where they serve delicious Tuscan specialities. If you want to go camping in Tuscany on a pleasant and superbly maintained camp site, Campeggio La Chiocciola is centrally located in Italy, just west of Arezzo and not far from the tourist pearls of Florence and Siena. Perugia (Umbria) is also close by. In short, the perfect base for discovering the lovely province of Tuscany. Because even if you don't feel like taking a day trip you will still enjoy your stay 'at home' on this camp site in Italy. There are three lovely swimming pools on the site so that you can get extra enjoyment from the wonderful climate. There is a terrace all around the pools and there is also a large lawn, both of which have sun loungers and parasols. The pool entrance has been completely renewed and radiates appeal. There is also a good restaurant with a terrace that offers lovely views of the sloping hills in the area. An ideal place to sample Tuscan cuisine accompanied by a glass of Chianti. Make sure to bring some warm clothes in the early and late season, as it can cool down quite a bit at night. We must mention the River Ambra which meanders 100 metres from the camp site, especially for those who like fishing.
