| Situated on the edge of The Norfolk Broads, Breydon Water Holiday Park is just a short drive from the beach and the bright lights of Great Yarmouth. From here you can enjoy family fun days out, take scenic trips exploring the local area or stay and enjoy the many Park facilities. The choice is yours.
The Park consists of 2 Village areas just a short walk apart along a country lane. Choose Yare Village for family fun and entertainment. Bure Village provides a quieter base from which to explore the local Broadland area, with family entertainment and Sparky’s Krew Club at Bank Holidays and peak weeks. A more relaxing programme is available at other times.
Each village has its own range of facilities. Guests however, are welcome to use the facilities of each village.

| A superb centre from which you can enjoy the delights of Broadland within half a mile and the attractions of Great Yarmouth only 4 miles away. Pleasurewood Hills Family Theme Park and Somerleyton Hall are also within easy reach. There are opportunities for fishing (opposite the park), boating, tennis, golf, riding, cycling and walking all available in the area. Further afield medieval Norwich offers you excellent shopping.Breydon Water consists of 2 village areas. Bure village and Yare village and visitors have use of the facilities at both, just a short walk apart down a country lane.
