 A great holiday, a very peaceful location, great staff, within easy reach of great villages including Ilfracombe, it was very home from home and great as they take dogs!

Watermouth Lodges is a very friendly family run site and is set in a lovely location behind Watermouth Castle and 5 minute walk down a steep hill to the harbour. The site was very peaceful and had a lovely indoor pool and spa which we had great fun using. We visited some beautiful beaches, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe which are all within a 20 minute drive, with a small fee for car parking, which applies everywhere you visit.
We took our dog with us and the lodge was comfortable enough for the 4 of us and dog, dog is welcome in the restaurant also. Very lovely week holiday and would visit again.

My friends and myself all agreed upon the amazing price we paid for the lodge, and the high quality of standard to which the lodge was maintained to. Comparing this to some hotels me and my friends have visited, this can be considered 5 star against them. It had a sauna, Jacuzzi, swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) Tennis court/football/basketball for 5-a-side. Room was very comfortable and warm.
