Camping la Grande Metairie has been a Canvas favourite for over 30 years. Set in the parkland grounds of a Breton manor house, this beautifully maintained 'Castels' site has been awarded 'five red tents' by Michelin and offers a wide range of first class facilities.
The spacious emplacements are surrounded by mature trees and hedges, which offer some shade and privacy. The fabulous pool complex boasts a covered pool, two outdoor pools, five waterslides and a jacuzzi. Adjacent is an enclosure where children can meet some affectionate farm animals. The site offers all you need during your stay, with a friendly restaurant, lively bar and a well-equipped supermarket. Evening entertainment includes discos and folk concerts in the amphitheatre.

Spacious Maxi Tent - Sleeps 5-6
Our Canvas Maxi Tent sleeps up to 6, and is the ideal choice for a true camping holiday experience. With its unique and spacious design, it is a great opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors, but with all the creature comforts. The Maxi Tent is fully equipped with everything that you need for a great self-catering camping holiday, 21st century-style.
